Great book, magnificent story.
I love this book and this series. I'm a little sad that this is the last book, but endings are always a bit sad. I am about 75 percent through the book but I wanted to post a short review. If you read the other books in the series, you will not be disappointed. I know I am not. The only real complaint I have id the change in the cover art. It's a good change don't get me wrong, I like it, but I have the old B&W versions of the other books and it gives me a small twinge seeing the different cover styles next to each other. I might repurchase the other books with the updated covers, I don't know..Still I love this series and can't wait for the audio book to come out. Definitely worth the read or listen. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a cartoon or comic based on this series in the future.

Fitting end to a Divine series
One of the best series in Fantasy and imo, the best in LitRPG. The conclusion didn't flow quite as smoothly because of the need to wrap everything up, but still contained plenty of action, suspense, plot twists and more. Professionally edited with captivating characters and plenty of snark. Dive into the series and enjoy.

Fun Read
This is for the whole series. The systems were well thought out and complex enough to be engaging without being overwhelming. The pacing was generally good. My only complaint is that the existence of “superbeings” suddenly poking in from out of nowhere and turning the story 90 degrees in the span of a single paragraph got old super fast. That only happened a few times in the last half of the series but it happened enough to make it hard to justify finishing the series.I did get through it though, and I recommend the series.

Loved the ending
Honestly, I was a little wary of book 1 when I first got it. I wasnt sure if i would like the main POV this series has. I am a total action and adventure nerd so thoughts of an entity that couldnt move around lile a normal person didn't innitially interest me. Well that thought quicky changed. I absolutly LOVE this series. Krout is now one of my favorite authors and I realy reccomend ALL of his books. I loved the ending ti this series as well, it was verydifferent than wht I'm used to and I enjoyed it because of that. I also really liked how Mr. Krout tied Cal and his spirit space with the completionist chronicals series. If you havent figured it out by the end of book 4 of the completionist chronicals, then read on. If not or if you havent read book 5 of this series, then DO NOT read on. Granted, this is all speculation and that stuff. and I do hope that I'm not ruining Mr. Krout's fun if I'm correct. (Which I'm quite certain that I am) Alright here we go: Cal's soul space is the supposed 'game world' where Joe goes so he doesnt have to be a quadriplegic. (Bad spelling i know, its what happens when you use a kindle paperwhite to read and write your reviews) Cal could recreate the person if they were bound to him, and when you sign the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this Spirit World, you bind yourself to Cal. Thus, Cal doest just save earth once, no he saves it twice. Oh, and the memory stones that President Musk gives the people, those are memory stones so Cal can recreate everyone who hadn't already been bound to him. Yeah and the Siverwood tree or whatever its called, is called 'THE WORLD TREE' by Dungeon Eternium. You know what else is known as the world tree, yeah, i hope you guessed it, its that norse mytbology tree that connects the realms. Well, its in the completionist chronicles and is used to get to another realm in Cal's world. King Henry and Queen Marie are.also the same people in both books, so is Aiden and the master. Its all really amzing and i have fallen in love with this universe Dakota Krout hs created. The only thing missing in this book was the DAKOTA refrences. It was always funny to come across them.Amazon, feel free to take down my review should Mr. Krout desire it, i do not want to ruin his fun. Honestly, this stuff is proby all obvious to everyone prior to this review and people are laughing at my expense now. Oh well, another great book Dakota, I cant wait for more.

A Fitting End & A New Beginning
From the moment I finished Dungeon Born, I knew I had found something astounding. Dakota Krout is one of the greatest LitRPG authors I've ever stumbled across, possibly one of the best AUTHORS, period. Books published by Mountaindale Press are no cash-grabs, no simple webnovel adaptation, no mere power fantasy, no pitiful harem adventure. No, these books are works of passion, of true inspiration, no small amount of research, and a great deal of innate talent. On that note, Dungeon Eternium is the thrilling conclusion to this story arc of the Divine Dungeon expanded universe.WARNING: Spoilers ahead for The Divine Dungeon, as well as The Completionist Chronicles. As the book begins, Cal and the people of Mountaindale are dealing with the impending global extinction event started by Xenocide. Furthermore, they also have to come to grips with ANOTHER extinction event brought about Cal's Ley Line project. Without discussing too much of the book's plot, we learn that the planet the books have been taking place on is Earth, and the extinction events will wipe out all magical creatures and phenomena, giving rise to nonmagical human civilization millions of years later. At the north pole, Cal runs into an ancient and powerful dungeon, Dungeon Eternium. In the end, as the moon fragments come crashing down, Cal evacuates as many people into his soul space as he can, including Mountaindale's citizens, a smattering of elves and dwarves, guild members, Dungeon Eternium, a whole lot of wisps, and a dying The Master. He activates his contingency escape, dropping into his subterranean pool of oil, and ends the book musing that HE is now Dungeon Eternium. In the epilogue, Krout finally and at last makes the connection between The Divine Dungeon. The Master takes the name of Occultatum. In the distant future and a different series, a young Elon Musk will find Cal's core while supervising an oil drilling operation. Cal is in fact CAL, the Certified Altruistic Lexicon, and his soul space is the world of Eternia. Dakota Krout's masterful writing puts his books on the highest pedestal of the genre, right up there with Aleron Kong's The Land, among others. In short, if you've read the first four Divine Dungeon books, buy this book.If you clicked on this out of curiosity, buy all five books. If you've read all five Divine Dungeon books, go read The Completionist Chronicles. You won't regret it.

Absolutely loved it!
Such a great book. Read through it in one sitting, I just couldn't put it down. Great ending to the story arc and I can't wait to see what Dakota has planned for the conpletionist chronicles. Seeing how he's turned Cal's soul space into the entire world that CC is set in is super cool

Great ending of a series
Really loved the divine dungeon book series, at first it looked like it was a typical dungeon book, but with the cultivation style of the powers, a lot of humor and puns, and the story it's very good. About the book I can't write much without spoiling the hell of it but it's sublime! Read it, and there is an Easter egg in the epilogue.
