Are these okay for a puppy of eleven months and weighs 5kg?

Yes these are ok for a puppy of 11 month's. I've fed these to my bicheon since she was 9 month's old just break them into smaller pieces that's what I do and she loves them. Hope this helps.

I have previously bought these and delivery was low or free. Why had the delivery cost increased to £15 for 1 box ?

I don’t know. As when I looked at them just now they said free delivery.and were showing that they were selling them for £3 for the meat favoured

How can 790g be half the price of 144g?

I know it's mad. I always look at that and get the cheapest as like you say you get more in that pack. My dogs love them. But if they did go up I would cancel them and go for cheaper. I've had to do that a few times as the prices go up and down all the time. I would say look at all options before you buy.
