Can,this be hooked up,to,a venturiy blacksmithimg blast forge?

This has an adjustable positive outlet pressure of 1-60psi, they are designed for generic use but I have seen them used with forges.

Can you connect this directly to a propane tank? If so how so? I can't see the other side

This regulator does NOT have a POL (Prest-o-lite) attachment to connect to a propane tank. You'll need to get a POL attachment for the 1/4" FNPT inlet side of the regulator. When installing the attachment to the regulator, be sure you install it on the "Inlet" side (there's an arrow for reference on the bottom) with a small amount of Yellow pipe tape (even though it's tapered). What are the size of connection openings?

The MEGR-6120 series is 1/4" FNPT, per both the manufacturers webpage and the 'view product description' link on Amaozon's page for the regulator linked to the customer's question.

What is the maximum inlet pressure and can this be used outside on a direct connection to the tank?

Used on 20, 30 40 lbs tank, be full full psi from tank. Use w/shrink fast guns need to run at 25psi & 10 at times...
