PRAYMOS925 Sterling Silver Cute Animal Necklace Stocking Stuffers Christmas Gifts for Her Heart Pendant Jewelry Birthday Gift

I bought this pendant for my wife who loves panda's. She loved the pendant but did have a problem with the chain having a small loop at the end that hooked over the clasp and with arthritis in her fingers it is a little hard for her to hook. I contacted Praymos to see it they had a different chain they could provide with a bigger loop. Unfortunately at this time they do not have a chain with a bigger loop. However their representative named Sophie was extremely helpful in trying to work out a solution and did offer other options and spent the time to try and help us. In the end my wife is still very happy with the pendant and I am happy with the service. I would definitely purchase from them again based on the customer service we received.
