Will the Velcro damage or stick to my sportswear?

We use an upgraded micro-hook Velcro design that only adheres to its matching fiber surface. When fastened properly, it will not easily snag or damage high-quality compression wear or athletic apparel.

Can I wear it while sleeping to relieve nighttime soreness?

Although the material is breathable and comfortable, we do not recommend wearing it during sleep. Continuous compression while sleeping may cause numbness due to slower blood circulation. It is best used during daytime activities or sports.

Is it suitable for women with slim arms?
