At first glance, it looks like an amazing device. But, once you get it and take it from the box you realize it doesn't do what it was advertised to do. Take a deep look at the videos it says that you can track your movement. That never happened all it kept doing was counting down from 3 and then either take a photo or start recording video. The one thing that no one notices on the promotional video. The camera does not turn around, so there is no "SELFIE" feature. You have to use the back of your camera to record information additionally, how can you activate the follow or tracking feature when it doesn't lock on to you. I tried with both my iOS phones and both did the same thing. It was a waste of time. Packaged arrived at my door on Sunday, Experimented to get it to work and sent it back on Monday morning. No videos online on how to get the device to work. I would not recommend anyone to get this product.

I like the stand still and how good it tracks you. What I didnt like was that it only works with their app and I wanted to use a different camera app for my videos . I cant even zoom in on their app

I wouldn't advise buying this product. The concept is smart but the technology is lacking. I bought new, "more power/longer life" batteries to see if power was an issue and I followed the directions. I even had my very tech savvy husband give it a try but the face recognition and object tracking is lacking. We could get the bluetooth to connect fairly easily, but getting it to lock onto a face or object was tricky and the tracking was easily lost and hard to reconnect. You also have to move VERY slowly for the rotation to work and sometimes that wouldn't even help. I really wanted this to work, I'm bummed. I just had UPS pick it up to return it.

I put the batteries in the device & it started smoking!! Got real hot so I took the AA batteries out! Smells like burning/ melting plastic!!!

The tracking on this device was very disappointing, both in speed and audible sound picked up in video. It technically does allow for selfie recording and the app was quick to install, but from a practicality standpoint this missed the mark for me. Definitely will be seeking a refund for this underwhelming product.

I wanted to do two things: record myself dance, and leave the device in the middle of the room to track my pets.First, dance: it only tracks my face, not the whole body. As slowly as I move, if I turn my back, the camera will not follow me.Second, pets: expectation from item description is, "for example, when the dog is moving, the mobile phone also follows the dog, and then automatically shoot." When the pet is napping, it works. When the pet is moving like a normal pet, suddenly it is too fast for the device.You're better off with a stationary tripod, which costs less and doesn't require batteries. About to print my return labels.

It doesn't move very fast so it couldn't keep up with us. The concept is great though

Installing the app is a little weird because once you accept the terms, there’s no way to see them again (so make sure you read it before continuing. You should anyways, but you get the jist).Usage of the app is hunt and peck because there’s little indication of what any feature is, so you have to explore. But it’s not bad, you’ll get it.The motorized unit and app tracking work great. It’s not very smooth unless you move a few feet at a time but still works really well. I heard no noise. Zip.Very happy with it and would get it agsin.
