After consuming the can, the 30 minutes of rest are with the car on or off?

Car is OFF after product has been consumed while running. Leave car off for 30 minutes, then take it out for a nice spin. I hit the accelerator a few times to rev the engine.

If you have two throttle bodies can you use two cans at once?

I wouldn't as you are more likely to hydrolock the motor I would find a vacuum source on the intake after the throttle bodies

Is it ok to use this twice within a 2 eeek span? I have 2012 f150 95k miles. Have no clue how the previous owner took care of it.

I wouldn’t expect a problem unless the spark plugs start accumulating matter from “fuel additive” effect. If the spark plugs are clean after the first round and you run through 15-20 gallons of fuel before the second treatment, I’d think you’re okay. But I wouldn’t do it that way often.
