I like Linda Aspinall web site. I found it by chance on searching for something else. Some of her website stuff I liked and when seeing she has a book I thought I would give it a try. I agree with Karma, some bits I found a bit too unforgiving, however so far a good read. Would I recommend it... Well why not just give it a try. It could be part of your Karma
