It’s Worth the money!!! This Supplement is the best thing I’ve ever tried!!!! It truly gave me my life back!!!!! I have pcos and have struggled for years. I have tried other inositol and none have worked like this one. I’m on my second month but I immediately could tell the difference within the first month. I feel overall so much better. I feel like I have gotten my life back, no exaggeration. I have horrible irregular bleeding and horrible fatigue, when I started this two months ago I stopped bleeding after the second week. I have been on every hormonal birth control available, and nothing works to help control my hormones or irregular bleeding that can last for months at a time. This supplement has been a miracle for me. I still have my issues yes but this supplement has made the difference of me being able to live my life and actually feel good enough to properly function and have energy. I was diagnosed with pcos four years ago. The last two months of being on this supplement feels like a time machine to when I actually felt like myself years ago. I read all the reviews before I purchased and I was hopeful but skeptical, but take it from someone who has spent the last three years hardly able to leave my bed from the exhaustion and the pain from how bad my pcos has been. I have bled for months at a time over the last few years. Ive bled more than I haven’t been in the last four years, even one year straight at one point. I’ve even had surgery with doctors trying everything to find a cause or a way to help. This supplement is the only thing that has truly helped me. In the last two months I have been able to have a life again. My bleeding has stopped and I feel so much better overall, and I feel like my body has actually been able to function since starting this. I know this is long but I wanted to write this so if someone is reading reviews and searching for something to help their pcos but are scared to have hope, trust me this has changed my life!!! I have never said that about any product but I truly mean it. I have been able to lose five pounds since starting this and I feel so much better overall and have energy again. I’m going to get a gym membership and try to lose the weight I’ve gained with my pcos which is fifty pounds. I haven’t had the energy to exercise and I haven’t been able to in four years from the anemia and lack of energy overall. This supplement has given me hope and a whole new outlook on life. I have the energy to go to the mall or even just to Target and in fact I’m going to the beach next month which I haven’t been well enough to feel like doing in years. I had to take a break from college because of how badly my pcos had taken over my life, I was bleeding more than six months at a time, I could barely eat from the pain and nausea yet the pounds kept piling on. I was also having these rounds where I would get so hot I would almost pass out regardless of having a fan full speed in my face. Not to mention that I used to have very long and thick hair down to my lower back, my hair has fallen out like crazy and become so brittle that it breaks off at nothing. I have lost so much hair that I can see my scalp through my hair in places and my hair is so thin that I have to wrap a hair tie three times at least for it to not slid out from how small around all of my hair is. I’ve noticed little baby pieces growing back and less of my hair falling out and I hope I can grow my hair back. I also have hypothyroidism which might be associated with my pcos but my thyroid function has actually increased since starting this med. My levothyroxine had to be decreased and my doctor keeps doing bloodwork every couple weeks trying to make sure that my medication dosage doesn’t become too much again since of how my thyroid keeps increasing function. This supplement has made my thyroid start functioning even more like it’s supposed to and maybe I might not even need thyroid medication eventually. I have already had to decrease my dosage once and my doctor is talking about decreasing it again but is waiting until blood work results when it gets checked again in July. I am actually hopeful that I can go back to college soon. But for right now I am going to prioritize trying to continue to get healthy and living my life, which I haven’t been able to do in so long. So if you have read this far, this supplement has truly given me my life back. It’s pricey yes but it’s truly so worth it with the impact that it has on pcos and helping your body to function to as close as you’d own normal in the best way possible. Every day I feel better. I am so hopeful, I had lost all hope and was considering if a hysterectomy would be the only way I could possibly ever have any quality of life and I’m only 22. But this supplement has given me so much hope that I had lost. I have been so depressed and frustrated with feeling like I was fighting with my body and feeling like I would never be able to truly have a life. So I am very serious when I say this supplement has given me my life back. The last two months have been absolutely amazing and I have been able to do things I haven’t felt like doing in years. Every day I notice a new improvement or something that is getting even better or something that I didn’t even realize how bad it was before. So if you are struggling whether it’s as bad as I was or not, you should definitely try it, because for me it has been the miracle I have been so desperate for. Now don’t get me wrong I still have some issues, I still have pcos and I’m aware of it still but overall the improvement from where my health and my symptoms were it is still a profound change. I saw a review where someone said three months is where they saw the most impact and I can’t wait, I was going to wait to write this until that point but honestly I don’t think I could say anything even more than the fact that just in two months I feel like I have been let out of a prison. I feel like I’ve gotten my life back and feel good enough to do everything like I used to and maybe I can even get healthier and get back in shape and be able to live happy and healthy as much as I possibly can and do everything that I would love to achieve. Sorry for how long this is but I am just so amazed and so truly thankful. This pandemic has taken a strain on my body!! I know I am not eating right. My activity is down. I am stressed. And my PCOS is starting to flare. I was looking at something to help with some of the PCOS symptoms I have been struggling with. Let’s start with me: I am not overweight by any means (currently 136 lbs at 5’ 6”) and I get a period monthly. However my periods are annovultory. I am what you would consider “thin PCOS”. I don’t have he traditional outward symptoms, but the inward symptoms are all there! I have been taking the myo inositol and d chiro for three months. Along with a prenatal vitamin and a probiotic. This is what I noticed- Pros: •This product really gave my sex drive a boost! My husband and I have been neglecting our sex life. Mostly because of me being so tired. This has woken up some hormones and now we are back to a 2-3 times a week schedule! •The sex drive boost came with a huge boost in energy! I feel more awake during the day. I am getting more things done. I am not feeling exhausted all the time anymore. •with the boost in energy came a very small weight loss....about 7 lbs. Gained that 7 lbs during the quarantine months!! Again I am not overweight by any means, but it was nice to lose what I gained. •This stuff has curbed my appetite!! Most days I would crave carbs and sugar. Now around 3:00 when I usually feel “snacky”, I don’t! I also find myself choosing better options for meals and snacks. I don’t fill my plate at meal times anymore. Some days at mealtimes I am not even that hungry. •My mood has improved immensely!!! I feel happy and balanced. •I have also noticed that my skin has improved!! I used to get very mild breakouts that would come and go with my cycle. Now I think I have had only one or two zits in the last 3 months! •My cycles were all over the place. One month I would have a 27 day cycle. The next a 24 day cycle. Then a 29 day cycle. And a 26 day cycle. The last 3 months I have had 3 perfect 28 day cycles. •I used to have 3 to 4 days of spotting leading up to my period. Last two months I have had one day of spotting then the next day my period would start. •I have been sleeping great!! Before taking this product I woke up a few times during the night. •I used to have some smaller skin tags. Noticed them after having my son 4 years ago. About a month into taking this product a few of them have shrunk and two are completely gone!! •The main thing here is ovulation. Have I ovulated? Not sure. Since I always get ovulation pains mid cycle and OPKs are positive during the week I supposedly ovulate. I want to say I think I did last month. However I am not pregnant right now....we will see Cons: •The cramping....oh the cramping!! I hardly ever got cramps during my period. If I did, they were very mild and lasted a couple of hours. The last 3 months have been awful with the cramping during my period. And lasting several days on and off. I have read that this product helps with the cramping. That just was not the case for me! •I noticed the last two cycles my bleeding was heavier. And contained more clots. •The first month and a half I took this I noticed some diarrhea. I also have IBS so that didn’t help matters at all!!! Also some nausea when I first started taking this. After about a month it subsided. This product reminds me a lot of metformin when I used to take it. However with less/mild side effects. I have finished up my 3 month supply and ordered another bottle straight from the manufacture (Wholesome Story). This time I got the Myo inositol and D-Chiro with folate and D3 added. My body definitely feels better than it did 3+ months ago. If anything his product helped with some of the symptoms I have been having. No baby yet! But curious to see what happens in the next few months!!! I would suggest trying this product! If anything it’s worth feeling better!!!!

Hey yall, just wanted to leave this review for others who might be on the fence with this product. I have been taking it for 3 weeks consistently and have noticed changes in my mood, my energy, and my overall health! This supplement, along with intermittent fasting for 16hrs a day and a total 180° in my eating habits has no only allowed me to drop 20 pounds in a short period of time, but I just feel GOOD. I had my last period from the 5th to the 10th of July, and I started taking this on July 13th. No, I am not pregnant (yet!🤞) but this supplement has regulated my cycles and for the first time is YEARS I ovulated 😭 I have 1 daughter who is 9 and we have been trying to have a 2nd since she was 2. Now some people may think this is TMI but I want to be real so other women in my situation don't feel alone and helpless. Her bio father isn't in the picture, but she has a dad who has raised her since she was 1.5yrs old. Now I always thought it was his fault we haven't had any more because I already had a kid when we met, so its not me, right? Not the case.. we suffered 2 miscarriages early on (around the first 2 years of our relationship) and haven't had a positive test since... I have never been formally diagnosed with PCOS, but after BEGGING the ER nurse for an ultrasound and to not just shoo me away with an 800mg ibuprofen script, I saw what I knew to be true all along. MULTIPLE (probably in the high teens to 20's) cysts on my ovaries. Ever since I was 12-13 when I got my first cycle, my periods have NEVER been regular. I'll either bleed for 27 days straight or not at all for 6 months. Since taking control of my health and taking these supplements, I have noticed nothing but positive changes!! I am currently on my period now (1st day of my cycle, 8/5/22) and I can already tell the difference; the pain is usually excruciating and the bleeding nothing short of heavy, ans this is literally the most smooth period I've ever had 😂 I'm still cramping, but not to where I can't get out of bed or do any daily tasks. It works for me. Ive tride others with stuff added like Berberine and Ashwagandha but those give me horrible hotflashes about 5 times a day while this pure inosital tends to slow down my hot flashes and helps regulate my PCOS / PMOS to the point it helped me get my period back and regular. I will say if you get sick of taking it wheen of of it dont go cold turkey. Your PCOS / PMOS symptoms most likely will rebound like they did with me. It really helped me regulate my hormones. Not perfectly but good enough to be considered farly healthy.

As I’m sure many other women have come to experience in dealing with PCOS/PMOS, it’s been nearly impossible to find a provider that is willing to listen to preferences and take the time to offer alternatives to hormonal birth control as far as managing symptoms. It’s taken years of my own research and reading online to learn about the condition- and took much self advocation to even get a diagnosis when I KNEW something was wrong and I fit the criteria. At many points in my journey, weight wasn’t even an issue so all of the “just lose weight” comments were unhelpful as I struggled all throughout life even when I was super slim. I had an extremely difficult time finding an OBGYN that had any knowledge of MYO/ D-Chiro inositol, and my provider always shot down any talk of alternatives to hormonal birth control in order to induce/ regulate my cycles. The only conversations for symptom management I ever received revolved fully around birth control being the only option. For women hoping to potentially conceive, or also just wishing to explore an alternative option this is super disheartening. This product is the only thing- no matter how many lifestyle changes I made, or different avenues I tried other than birth control that actually assisted my body in having regular cycles and ovulating. **update** i decided to continue trying this because it is so well loved my many others... i found that when taking it as suggested by my gyno i cannot eat sugary foods or too many carbs! My headaches happen mostly when eating these foods! Im hoping to see improvement now since removing most of this from my diet - heres to hope 🤞🏽 I really wanted this product to be the one because everyone else seems to have great success but unfortunately that was not my case... this caused my period to be WAY heavier with massive clots and astronomical bloating.... im so happy it worked for others but SO sad it didnt for me for the cost 😞

I’ve been on this product for a little over two weeks . I suffer with PCOS and was taking this for that and to fix my hormones and get my hair that’s recently been shedding like crazy ( literally half my hair gone) to grow back . I am not ttc so I don’t know if I’m ovulating. My period has come every 28 days for the past 2 years . That’s unusual bc before I had my daughter 6 years ago it was every 2-4 months . Anyway , this month I started a week early . I usually have a 2 -3 day scant period and This month it was regular and lasted 4/5 days. This makes me feel my body is having a real period . Btw, I was caught off guard bc no PMS , no zits, no emotional roller coaster ., I cramped and had back pain - which is different for me , but again- this is an actual legit period .. not scant baby spotting . What that tells me as a nurse is that my uterine lining was thickened up more . That’s good if I ever do want to ttc. My mood is improved . My appetite less, my cravings for carbs and sugar are still there but less. I’ve lost 5lbs Ib one week without trying . I feel like a cyst I’ve had for 6 months has ruptured as I’m no longer feeling that pressure . I’m not a paid reviewer- this is my honest experience. The drawbacks - I’ve noticed it makes me nauseated if I don’t eat . Like relentless, I need to puke nausea . Simple fix, I eat . My lower extremities swell from lymohedema . They are markedly more swollen. If I have to stop, that would be why bc they are so much worse . I’m leaving 5 stars, bc most people don’t need to worry with that. It’s a flaw with my broken body, not the supplement . The changes in my mood are the most beneficial . I feel more hopeful and ambitious . I don’t sleep enough , but I feel these keep my energy up with no jitters at all . I would recommend anyone take these for PCOS under direction of their doctor . It’s a miracle med for me . I see my body changing. It’s not just weight loss . It’s redistribution. I’m currently down 5 lbs past week and 8 total in 3 weeks . Admittedly I don’t eat much or often . Even so - it took me 6 months to lose 22 lbs and I was at a plateau . I started these without changing anything else . No calorie counting , nothing . The jury is still out on whether this will help my hair grow in . The hair that fell out has no new follicles, so hopefully they are under the scalp ready to come out. I’ve not seen anyone else speak to this , but my leg hair and bikini area is growing slower . I love smooth skin but find I can skip a shave and save 10 min. My biggest problem is wondering why no one told me about this sooner . Why did I have so many unnecessary surgeries and endure fertility treatments for 2 years with no one mentioning this . Many of the benefits I’ve listed are cosmetic, but the mood and having a real period ?? That’s the supplement and it’s working . I don’t know that I’d ever be without this . Only if my swelling worsens . Anyone on the fence/ order . You don’t have to suffer . This balances your body in a way glucophage cannot . I’m shocked .
