Worked Perfectly in My Application
Just moved, and needed to set anchors for a lift in the new garage/workshop. These are the anchors specified by the lift manufacturer. I've now installed this lift in two locations, plus two others for friends. I used these anchors for all of them. For this installation, 16 anchors are set into concrete under a porcelain tile floor. I've been drilling the holes in the concrete myself for the previous installations, but because of the tile I decided to let a commercial concrete coring company do the drilling this time. A 1" hole is made through the tile, plus an additional 1/8" into the top of the concrete. Then, a 7/8" hole is made in the concrete to a total of 6 1/2" deep. That lets the anchor sit down completely in concrete with no contact with the tile. The anchors set easily using the method described in Wej-It's instructions. The installation depths are adjusted down an inch in consideration of the tile. I add lubrication to the threads on the installation tool (a long bolt...) where the nut is used to draw the anchor up to set it. Otherwise, with straight well-cleaned holes, there was no drama at all setting the enchors.I left K's 4Runner (our heaviest car) on the lift a few inches off the floor for a couple test/observation days. There is no discernable movement. The torque on the bolts is the same as when I initially set the posts, indicating that nothing has moved or stretched. It's now safe for mrs dr bob's hubby to use the lift.

PSA: MAXJAX uses Metric Bolts
These looked like the identical anchors for the MaxJax, BUT the bolts are not cross usable as these are SAE 5/8 bolts, but maxjax uses metric m16 bolts, it looks like it fits, but threads are completely different. Product itself worked an awesome tho.

Good replacement
Good replacement anchors. The washer they give you as part of the installer tool (aka bolt) is useless. You will need a thicker washer. Otherwise good.

Perfect fit
Same exact ones maxjax used on the old mx6 model. Not metric.

Internal thread depth to short
Overall, I have used these anchors in the past for my MaxJax lift. No issues with the ones I got with the lift back then. I decided to install some more in the garage and ordered two of these boxes from Amazon. I started with one box and after the install of 2 of the 5 bolts, I noticed my bolts wouldn't screw in all the way. I checked the thread depth on all 2x five pieces in my two boxes and for the first box, the thread depth was according to spec at 1.5in deep for all 5pcs, however, for the second box, the thread depth was only 1.25in or even less to 1in on some anchors. These boxes also say Made in China... that is what you get I guess: one box OK, the other box junk. I guess it's cheaper and faster for them to thread 1in versus 1.5in and it looks nobody is doing any quality check on these parts.I am returning one box and replacing it with a new one, in the hope that the new box will have the correct 1.5in internal thread depth on all 5 anchors in the box.Secondly, the sacrificial bolt, washer and nut that come with the kit are also junk. My MaxJax original sacrificial bolt had three stripes on the head (indicating a grade 5 bolt). However, on that set, the washer will severely distort and bend when torques to the proper torque. Neither the washer or nut appeared to be grade 5.It is best you go to the hardware store and buy yourself a long grade 8 5/8" bolt (3in or 4in will do), a grade 8 nut and a grade 8 washer. Also get some 5/8 fender washers that increase in size for their outside diameter. I usually put the grade 8 washer directly under the nut and then a couple of larger fender washers that increase in size under it (largest one hits the concrete). This will spread the load when trying to pull up on the anchor during install and your washers won't bend in that way.Hope this is helpful for anyone else. Make sure to check anchor internal thread depth is 1.5in before you install them. You don't want to find out it is not threaded deep enough after you are done with your install.Update 11/27/2018: I received a new box today and unfortunately, this box was not to specification either. The internal thread on only 4 of the 5 anchors was according to the 1.5in specification. The fifth anchor had less than 1.5in of thread. Looks like there is no quality control on the internal thread depth. Don't put a bolt that is too long into this anchor as it will rotate your anchor in your concrete once the bolt runs into the bottom of the anchor.

Used for Danmar M6 Lift
Exact anchors that came with my M6 Lift. The installation sacrificial bolt came with anchors but what I did not notice is they DO NOT come with the bolts. I have to use the bolts from previous installation or buy new bolts.

good product for anchoring a light load jack
Good product for a light load but not ideal for anchoring a hydraulic jack to lift the car.
