Nice coarse cornmeal for the bottoms of my home made pizzas
I love the texture of rough cornmeal on the bottom of my home made pizzas but nowhere near me stocks it. This arrived quickly and is plenty for a good few pizzas. Made a couple of pizzas since getting it, a good dusting under the dough leave a nice slightly crunchy grainy feel which I love.

Very short expiration date
Purchased in March 2022, best before date August 2022 - unusually short for this kind of product. Shame. Otherwise fine. We will only use a tiny amount at a time for sprinkling under homemade pizzas and although we will use it way past the best before date because we don’t food waste, just a bit frustrating that’s it’s not for longer when other brands we’ve bought have been.
