Whats the GI (glycaemic index) rating of these?

JUST LOOKED ON LINE and found this: they're full of low GI carbs (+64g per 100g), low in sugar and only 30 calories per cake

To seller: does this indeed contain rapeseed oil and it’s not included on the ingredients???!

If it is not included then `I believe it would be against the law to include it but what I suggest is you contact the company via their website to find out. I think Kallo products are excellent.

What is the carb % of each rice cake ?

4.6 net grams per rice cake, which is on the package for verification! I prefer to have them on hand if tempted for a crunchy treat with higher calories. Very nice with boiled egg sliced, or peanut butter. Very satisfying!
