La caja venía como alterada así que dudé de si en verdad traía los 200 pares que dice traer; pero sí, incluso traía 204. En cuanto a su calidad es muy buena, pueden durar muchas puestas, yo apenas abrí un par, me los he puesto como 8 veces y siguen como nuevos, entonces estos 200 van a durar para mucho tiempo. Por otro lado, en cuanto a su eficacia. La verdad es que son muy buenos porque si se usan de manera correcta siguiendo tal cual las instrucciones, se puede obtener un resultado bastante bueno, lo suficiente para que ningún ruido te moleste en la noche; evidentemente no va a aislar al 100% todos los ruidos (nada ni ningún aparato lo hace), pero sí ladridos de perros, música fuerte, ruidos del entorno, etc. Entonces la gente que dice que no les ha funcionado es porque seguramente no los han aplicado bien. Un buen procedimiento consiste en apretarlos bien para compactarlos e introducirlos rápidamente hasta el fondo del oído mientras jalas tu oreja hacia afuera y al final los debes mantener presionados como 40 segundos. El problema es que después de un tiempo te empiezan a doler los oídos por lo mismo que se expanden en el canal auditivo. Por lo tanto, deberían ser usados solo cuando se duerme o en momentos específicos. Y por último, no, no se salen durante la noche a menos que sean mal aplicados, ya que incluso cuesta un poco de trabajo retiralarlos.

Très sensible au bruit, j’ai utilisé bon nombre de marques disponibles dans le commerce qui a l’usage me provoquaient une gêne au niveau du conduit auditif avec ceux ci je n’ai aucune douleur et un confort total pour dormir. En résumé : Très bonne isolation phonique, idéale pour le sommeil, les voyages ou les environnements bruyants. Texture douce et mousse compressible qui épouse parfaitement bien la forme du conduit auditif sans gêne en usage prolongé. Conditionnement en sachet unitaire, pratique et hygiénique pour les déplacements ou le stockage. Malgré une peau hypersensible, cette mousse ne me provoque aucune irritation de la peau.

UPDATE: 1 year later, i bought these again since I used them up and will continue to buy them. Great product! These literally saved me sleep and are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for quieter sleeping sections. Room with 5 people in an apartment and you know in that kind of environment, people have different schedules, TV is playing loudly in the lounge, the usual. I'm a light sleeper, so I wake up easily to anything. I was using wireless earbuds for sound isolation when I sleep, but they always fall out when I move around. I was using the wireless earbuds for 4 months until I got fed up. I finally started searching for sleeping earplugs and found this decently priced on rated at NRR 32, supposedly the second highest rated. I read the highest one makes you unable to hear your fire alarm (highly unlikely for me, but I played it safe at NRR 32). Its a good thing I went with NRR 32, I can barely wake up to my phone alarm at full blast about a foot away from my face. As I said, I'm a light sleeper, so I can actually wake up, but this is not an earplug for someone who does not wake up easily, or get a really loud alarm. These earplugs are actually too big for my ear canals, i have to cut off the ends so they don't fall out when I sleep. They are pretty comfortable for a first pair of earplugs, and make a really good seal in my ear canal. The foam is quite soft and I usually use the same pair for 2-3 nights before they don't expand an I just throw them out. I even recommended these to a friend who had construction outside his home and also had trouble sleeping at night. Once I gave him a pair, he also bought this product, and says he finally can have a good night's sleep. I can also vouch for these earplugs, I sleep like a baby now, and I even use these when I'm studying and they are playing the TV or something. These block ambient noises, so they do not completely nullify voices or door knocking, but they do block them significantly more. These are ideally used in a room of course, with a closed door for better results and not in some place open like the kitchen. FYI, I just found a pack without any earplugs inside, probably a production error, but most of them contain earplugs. Now the review stops here, but I would like to say that the people who rated this product badly either do not know how to put the earplugs inside the ear (rolling them up and inserting inside the ear canal so they expand inside to create a good seal). There are videos if you want to see how its done. Once they expanded in your ear canal, you will not be able to hear ambient sounds such as the air conditioner, fans, etc, or they will be significantly muted. If this doesn't happen, pretty sure they are not put inside the ear correctly.
