My daughter currently loves matcha and we have been on a matcha craze searching for the best matcha.You have so many to choose from and we were very hesitant to try this brand and boy were we surprised. We are very happy with this matcha powder.It blends well and we are not left with clumps of matcha inside our cups when we make a cup.As far as energy level goes we haven’t noticed a different in that area but we are true believers in what matcha has to offer.The size of the canister is small but you get a lot of matcha for the price.To me the taste is very subtle and to my daughter is very light when compared to other brands.

No bitterness if, consumed immediately after preparation.If the water is too hot, and if you let your freshly brewed cup sit for over 1 hour in very hot water, there may be slight bitterness and the color will loose it’s vibrancy.I tried it with plain filtered water, so I could taste it in its most natural form, and I loved it! I’ve been drinking it with plain filtered water every morning, and use homemade almond or cashew milk in the afternoon for a frothy vegan latte.The temperature and Ph of the water makes a difference in the taste profile. If able, use reverse osmosis water.I’m very sensitive to caffeine, and the caffeine content in This matcha did not bother me. Just enough of a gentle boost without the jitters!I would buy again and highly recommend.

This matcha has some vegetal notes, a very small amount of astringency, and umami notes. Perfect for beginners since it has some bitterness towards the end but not overpowering. It gave me a steady stream of calm energy since i work night shifts. At the price of this matcha i think it is well worth it. Also look at that gorgeous green! I made it with some oat milk and home made earl grey syrup! Yum!

This stuff is amazingly high-quality to compare to other products I have bought. Yes comparatively more expensive, but worth it. So green and so fresh just tastes amazing. Do not use water hotter than 160° or so where it will degrade the flavor and effectiveness.

Absolutely delicious. I made my latte with oat milk and a teensy bit of brown sugar simple sugar. So good and smooth! The energy I have feels clean and it’s getting past noon and I don’t feel sluggish! Very nice balance of earthy and sweet.

This was the only ceremonial grade matcha powder that looked good on amazon so I got without any expectations, but to my surprise, it tasted AMAZING. It does have a very sweet earthy smell to it, very vibrant green, and the quality was shockingly good. I want to try their other matchas but this is definitely my goto now. I added lavender syrup and lactaid milk for the matcha latte.

This is a good matcha powder! It tastes good and smooth, a bit pricey but worthy.
