Don't know what exactly happened! The box was totally been trashed when it arrived! And those puffs have very strong and disgusting smoking smell!! I thought just outside package got something smell. So I put air circulation area for about 2 weeks to let those smell go. But unfortunately when I open the package after 2 weeks, the cotton puffs inside bag also have strong like cigarets smell! So yucky !!

I have always used this pad for many years and I cannot live without it.
