I have flat feet so arch support can be painful. Are there good or bad for me?

The arch support is minimal at best. I personally live that about this shoe. Almost like you are on a flat board. Plus it has a wide toe box. I have been told I have flat feet. I am very much into the barefoot movement, and these are great work boot.s

I wear a 10.5 I’m keen targee 3 should I go with that or a half up?

If 10.5 is your normal size, then I'd recommend sticking with that as the San Jose runs true to size.
