Yes they do but the belt gold colour has faded with just 1 wear. Head band was slightly tight for head which left the head band mark on the forehead.

Q: What are the chest measurements for the 10 to 12 years

Chest measurement i wouldnt know exactly size wise. But I would say I ordered age 10 for my petite 8yr old. That fit her just perfect.

The black material is like lycra but the gold part on the belt and head band faded just from 1 wear.
