LiceMD Head Lice Treatment, 4 Fl Oz (Pack of 2)

I bought this to help my special needs daughter with some lice removal from her hair. She accepted the idea that it was like a thick conditioner that we were going to comb out. No unpleasant oder. Pricey though.

My poor daughter has been aflicted with head lice almost every school year for the last 5 years. This is the only product I trust to get rid of the little pests. It takes a little over an hour for me to complete a treatment on her compared to other brands that took us 3 or more hours. This is so simple! Massage it into the scalp, wait 10 min, then comb out. I work from the nape of her neck up to her scalp. I use a toothpick to pick the dead nits out of the comb as we go. I use the treatment on her 2-3 times to ensure I get all the eggs that have hatched. Usually we apply it every 3-4 days; since it’s a non-pesticide I don’t worry about the chemicals. It does leave your hair very greasy, so I had my daughter use shampoo, dish soap, and shampoo again followed by a leave-in conditioner. The dish soap cut practically all of the grease. I do wash her sheets regularly and use a lice spray on furniture, but this is the only brand I suggest other people use to treat lice on their kids.

Wonderful!!! I've used this product after trying almost any thing. It works perfectly. We all did it once and all lice disappeared. Great product.

We are a foster family and have unfortunately encounter lice often, and bad. This is not a pesticide so can be used more than once a week. It is the ONLY product that works for us on live and treatment resistant lice! Highly recommend! The comb is garbage as with most lice treatments. Buy a metal comb to use with it.

The best so far and by far. I tried 4 different brands when we had our first lice outbreak ever this year and this one is the best. It really generates a lot of panic at school as I learnt, so you have to have 100% efficiency. Even if you missed one culprit with the comb, this product is going to take care of it. This product is very greasy and it is why it is so efficient, the culprits don't get a chance, it sticks to them. A more "watery" lice shampoo can "miss" some of it as I experienced. The ingredients of this product are less nocive and environment friendly too.

I had to use alot of the product to saturate my daughters hair. The product is thick and gooey. I thought it would be a problem when it was time to comb through her hair but surprisingly it wasn't too difficult. However, my daughter said she still had major itching, like it wasn't working. The product was soooo thick I couldn't even see lice or eggs when combing because to goop just kept running down the comb. I did not use the plastic comb that came with the product. It's junk. Metal combs are best. I will not be buying this product again.

This stuff really works. I tried all the other stuff out there. But, only this worked on my girls hair. Excellent.

Very expensive rubbish. Useless. Waste of money. I should have spent my money on a real lice shampoo. This does not have anything to kill lice or eggs, it is like very expensive oil to comb the lice out with. The bottles are not sealed, so they leaked out in the package and then I see this item is not returnable or refundable. Don't bother with this ripoff.
