Q: Does this come with the pin to attatch it?

No. Would suggest a locking pin to be purchased so it doesn't get stollen

Q: Does this have a solid shank?

No it does not. I wish it did. It has a cap welded at the back end. But the shank is hallow.

Q: Will this fit a 2001 f150 supercrew?

Fits any 2". But, buyer beware, these are cheap Chinese knockoffs. This item was returned. Home Depot sells the authentic version.

Q: What size hitch pin will I need to use this?

You do not need a hitch pin unless you are talking about the pin that goes in the receiver hitch. I think that is about a 5 8th pin. That was one negative about this hitch they did not send a pin with it. Other then that the ball are 1 and 7 8th, 2 inch and 2 and a half inch balls
