This case holds the OMRON Platinum Blood Pressure Monitor BP5450 with the HEM-RML31 upper arm cuff. It has room for spare batteries, USB-C charging cable and a wall adapter as well. There appears to be some confusion about which monitors/cuffs will fit. The description clearly states that this case is not for the OMRON Platinum Blood Pressure Monitor BP7450 with the Omron Easy-Wrap Comfit Cuff HEM-FL31. The HEM-FL31 has a ridged metal insert that will not fit without tightly coiling the cuff in a way that may damage the cuff.

It fit my Omron 10 series blood pressure machine perfectly. A little snug, overall it fits. I like the embroidery on the case. It indicates a cuff with 120/80 blood pressure goal. Makes it easier to find. Quality is great! It's strong.

Blood pressure monitor and cuff case works wonderful. No worries about your machine getting scratched or you can't find the cuffs. Everything fits right in the case and doesn't shift around keeping it very neat. Very strong and sturdy case. Great item.

My Omron BP7350 fits perfectly. It was a little tight at first but after using the case it as loosened up. I do not have to remove my monitor from the case when I am using it.

Although the manufacturer says this case is roomy enough to hold the Omron instrument and the associated pressure cuff, I found the space within the case to be very tight to hold both items. There is a molded in plastic section that matches the footprint of the Omron instrument perfectly, but the space leftover behind the instrument is tight to fight the Omron pressure cuff, especially if the user wants to zip the case closed for transport or storage behind uses. Construction quality is very good and the case overall seems made to last. I could do without the white graphic printed on the case cover however.

I have never understood why the manufactures of home blood pressure monitors never provide a case to put the monitor into. This one works great and protects the equipment. I had to also order a charger for the monitor....they Omen does not provide either with the equipment. I would highly recommend that any one that has a monitor purchase this case to protect their sensitive equipment.

The BP equipment fits within this case. It is sturdy and easy to zip closed. It arrived on-time.

This is a very sturdy carrying case for my expensive BP machine and cuff. It’s a bit snug but it’s also not flopping around in the case. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have the added protection while traveling or going from patient to patient: I love it!

Doesn’t fit the x3 omron

Fits the Series 10 perfectly and the cuff. Couldn’t put the ac adapter in box however, but then I only use that for emergencies. Great product heavier than I expected but literally indestructible.

Buen material, pero no sufiente espacio para los modelos que tienen el "manguito" semi-rigido.

Estuche que protege perfectamente el tensiómetro que tiene esa forma alargada. Yo no me lo quedé porque mi aparato es cuadrado y la base como trae la forma del omron X3 no encajaba bien. Para el omron x3 debe ir perfecto.
