I am very happy with my decision to buy this magnetic knife holder amongst others that I have previously viewed.It is a good weight that won’t topple over, even though my worktop is tiled & not perfectly flat.Very well made, looks great & the magnetic strip is very strong.

The item is a good size, fits nicely on my counter. I have stored 8 knives in total, 4 front, 4 back.There are 2 super-strong magnets near the top of the holder, they are very strong for what they are holding, I can see why they picture a wrench on the listing! However, there are no magnets lower down, giving opportunity for the knife point to slip off whilst attempting to remove the knife. I have adjusted by turning blade side off the holder first then pulling the rest off so as not to damage my blade.The holder base is WIDE enough, but nowhere near HEAVY enough. It needs to be made of thicker stainless steel or have a steel core to it to weigh it down. My other 7 knives provide a good deal of weight to the unit, but still pulling 1 knife off wobbles the thing all over and its a little disappointing.The unit is good value overall, you won't find anything better for much cheaper, but i would have liked more product development to solve these simple problems. Seems the market is a little thin anyway. I would have gone for a magnetic strip but i'm too worried about a self confessed clumsy partner stabbing herself trying to take a knife off the strip. I looked into the stick-based ones and also the slot ones, but there's nothing long enough for my 25cm chopper! I thought about getting rid of it just to buy something. Most holders seem to favour 21cm or less. :/ Not good for a chef that still likes to cook at home.Good buy overall, for £16 it would take most of you knife collection. I'm still on the lookout for something that might fit my needs just slightly better.

Absolutely brilliant knife block, looks very stylish and allows me to easily see which knife I need at a glance. I’ve got 7 knives, 2 scissors and 2 tongs all stored safely. Also very easy to remove by sliding knife upwards so no chance of little hands getting hold of them as block is extremely sturdy. Highly recommended

Perfect for all my chefs knives, plus scissors. Not fiddly. Very strong magnet means there are no worries about knives falling off! Bamboo wood goes well with my bleached oak countertops.

Ich gebe zu, ich habe mich in eigentlich in einen anderen, leider ziemlich teuren Magnet Halter für Messer verliebt. Aber ich bin hin und wieder etwas wankelmütig, bzw manchmal stellt sich auch während der Nutzung eines Gegenstandes heraus, daß der doch nicht so geeignet wie erhofft ist, oder erscheint! Von daher wollten wir es erstmal mit einem deutlich günstigeren Exemplar dieser Art austesten. Dieser Navaris Magnethalter kostet tatsälich ein 11tel des Magnethalters den ich eigentlich dachte zu begehren, doch jetzt - wo wir den Navaris eingeweiht haben, frage ich mich wirklich, ob der andere das viele Geld wirklich wert ist, denn dieser Navaris ist großartig, er hält unsere am häufigsten benutzten Messer super schön fest. Der Navaris sieht in Natura sehr viel wertiger aus, als auf den Fotos im Angebot, wir konnten keinen einzigen Fabrikationsmangel finden. Ganz im Gegenteil der Navaris Magnethalters für Messer sieht Klasse aus und wenn ich es nicht wüsste, würde ich nie auf die Idee kommen, das man diesen Halter für so wenig Geld erstehen kann. Ich fürchte sogar, daß der Navaris sehr viel länger in unserer Küche stehen wird, als wir ursprünglich beabsichtigt haben, denn im Moment fällt uns kein Grund ein, soviel Geld mehr zu investieren. Das Teil ist einfach großartig! Lediglich an der Unterseite werde ich noch einige Filzgleiter anbringen, aber auch das nur zur Sicherheit, denn der Navaris hat ja auch schon welche. Ich meine es passen locker ca 8 Messer an den Navaris, das ich deutlich mehr, als ich erwartet hatte. Meinem Mann gefällt das Teil auch super und jetzt wollen wir eigentlich nur noch testen, ob es uns auch langfristig gefällt, noch ein Teil mehr auf den Arbeitsflächen der Küche stehen zu haben. Die üblichen Messerblocks haben wir jedenfalls wieder entsorgt, deshalb ja die eigentliche Idee des Testens eines günstigeren Modells. Doch durch die besondere aufrechte Form nimmt der Navaris sehr viel weniger Raum für sich ein und man kann alle Messer direkt sehen, und muß zB meinem Mann nicht den Weg zum richtigen Messer beim früheren Block erst zeigen. Genug geschwafelt, der Navaris begeistert uns, ganz klar Kaufempfehlung, auch für Leute die den herkömmlichen Messerblock auch bereits entsorgt hatten, denn der Navaris ist sehr viel praktischer, weniger platzraubend und sehr viel schicker.

Love this knife block! It keeps all my best knives within reach, safely secured and out of the drawer….and it looks really good on the counter. I’ve wanted one for a very long time and I’m going to enjoy this piece in my kitchen…thank you!

Bloc couteaux peu encombrant, très stable et permettant de placer des couteaux/ciseaux des 2 côtés. L'aimant est puissant ce qui permet de bien maintenir les grands couteaux. De la place pour 6 couteaux par côté. Bonne qualité
