Great supportive pillow - great night's sleep
The search for a new pillow started after a new dog "claimed" my old memory foam pillow making it unusable. Little did I realize, upon research, that memory foam pillows aren't usually used for 10+ years (I guess the fact that the glue holding the pieces together crumbled when the pillow was released from it case, was a good indicator that it was time to get a new pillow...but I digress). I began search for types - memory foam (too hot), latex (too bouncy), down (too expensive) and narrowed it down to the Snuggle-Pedic based not only on reviews, but also because of the company's 90-day trial period and their offer of free customization, I figured I had nothing to lose. Many reviewers have commented on how the pillows are shipped. It must be a concern for some because I received an email from the company explaining how the item is delivered and how to plump up your pillow. The pillow arrives flattened out in a vacuumed sealed bag and rolled up (like a jelly roll). As soon as you open the bag, it begins to expand. I waited about a half and hour and while it would have been fine, I threw it into the dryer for an additional 20 minutes (as directed). That did the trick and the pillow fully expanded. People also mentioned the smell upon opening it. I am hyper sensitive to scents (they can trigger migraines) so was pleasantly surprised that the initial smell was hardly noticeable once I put a pillow case on it. Now for actual use. I fall asleep on my back, roll to my side and at some point lie on my stomach. Because the pillow is made up of bits and pieces of memory foam it is easy to form it into the shape that will feel most comfortable. I found that I liked having a bit of a recessed area for my head - a little punching down and plumping the sides and it was just what I wanted. I slept very well and woke without a sore neck. After years of a very firm memory foam, I wasn't sure what to expect of something much softer and cozier. Somehow this pillow is both cozy and firm - firm under my head, yet soft surrounding it. I liked it so much I got my husband one. His transition is taking a bit longer as he is going from a 3" thick memory foam (15 years old?) to a lofty pillow. He felt that it was too full until I showed him how to plump and shape it for his needs. I definitely recommend this pillow and am looking forward to having it for years to come.

Superb pillows AND superb customer service!!!
I purchased 2 Snuggle-Pedic standard pillows several weeks ago. I had done a lot of reading/comparing on bamboo/memory foam pillows.……had read reviews until nearly blind trying to decide which product to go with. I’d been seeing the TV ads for bamboo/memory foam pillows for over a year and almost went with them just because I didn’t know ‘why not’but I was worried the pillow might be too thick for us. Finally, with the 20 year warranty against flattening out or losing support, the fact they are made in the USA, plus the 90 day sleep trial….how could I go wrong with a Snuggle-Pedic? Note: we have been using down pillows for over 20 years because I have a very short neck (can’t use ‘fat’ pillows) and my husband has nerve damage in his neck and also can’t use very thick pillows. We’ve tried other traditional foam pillows and hated them….we also tried wool-filled which came close to down in comfort (and cooler) but they did flatten over time and weren’t washer-friendly either. So, we got our pillows and I put them in the dryer to fluff them up as directed. They came out HUGE. Great if you can use a fat pillow, but….. We used them the first night and neither one of us could sleep on them. The next day, I emailed ReliefMart and explained the problem we had. They immediately sent me an email with an attached form to describe the problem fully, indicate how much fill I thought would need to be removed for the pillows to work for us, and a shipping label. I wasn’t sure of the answer on removing fill, so I called and talked to a customer service representative and asked how to determine if I need to have 1/4, 1/3, or ½ removed and what if I made the wrong decision? He laughed, explained what I could expect from the options and reminded me that I was within the 90 day sleep warranty and, if the pillows came back to hard/soft, I could return them again for additional adjustment. Unbelievable - plus, they paid for the shipping both ways! I marked my choice, send the pillows back and waited about 2 weeks and they were back. I had mentioned in the form that I wished I had purchased queen size, but was sure the standard would be fine with the adjustment. Fluffed the pillows in the dryer and thought “well, this looks do-able.” We put them on our bed and tried them out for a week. They are PERFECT. If I want to adjust the filling in bed, I simply reach up and push the filling with my fingers or knuckles to conform it. Some nights I want different adjustments than others! My husband is basically a back sleeper and I think he snores a bit less - still snores, but not as badly. I haven’t had to wake him up and tell him to roll over because I can’t sleep! Now, after a bit more than a week, I have to say we couldn’t be happier with our decision and with the support we got from ReliefMart on their Snuggle-Pedic pillows. The fact that I can wash these is a definite plus, but I would have been content if I couldn’t since I couldn’t wash the down pillows. I have also tried to wash regular flat sheet foam pillows in the past with disastrous results. Bottom line: BUY IT. I don’t see how you can go wrong with 20 year and 90 day warranties and customer service reps that are friendly, knowledgeable, actually listen to your concerns and address them. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase more pillows if I had need of them.….oh! and by the way, they even sent me queen sized pillows in the exchange because I ‘wished’ I had purchased them. Can a company do better than that? I don’t think so!

Great napping pillow. Can shift in the night and flatten for side sleepers
I've been sleeping very happily on the Malouf shredded latex pillows for years and had to replace two of them after 4 years. I realized that something had changed in the manufacturing process and the new are not the same, so I have been hunting for a substitute. This Snuggle-Pedic was suggested by two friends and while I am not a fan of memory foam in general, I trust my friends. So....it's been a couple of weeks with this pillow and I like it, but I don't love it. The pillow is easy to fluff - you pop it in the dryer for a few minutes and it expands nicely. There is no chemical scent so I was able to sleep with it from the first night - I really like that. It's not uncomfortable, it's just not quite right for me. I'm a side sleeper and I like lots of snuggle around my neck and cheek if that makes sense. I tend to roll from side to side through the night. I also want support. One of things that I have noticed is that the stuffing shifts somewhere in the night. I can end up with the ends of the pillow being plush and full, but the middle is pretty thin - right where my head is. However, for a nap, this pillow is pretty darn good. But my search for one equal to my beloved original Malouf latex goes on.

What a difference! I've only slept on this pillow 3 times but my neck is so much better. I have a lot of neck pain due to arthritis and get painful knots in my neck and shoulders to the point where I can barely move my head side to side or up and down. I carry all my stress in my neck. I've been seeing a chiropractor for the last year and a half and have recently added massage therapy about once per month to help with the knots. This does help but I was sleeping on the wrong pillow and would wake up no better. After one night of sleeping on this pillow, I woke up feeling like I had a chiropractic adjustment. It is very supportive and comfortable. Because of this I probably had one of the best night's sleep I've had in a very long time. My neck just feels awesome and I wake up refreshed. I did a lot of research prior to buying this pillow and this was my second choice. I was all set to buy a buckwheat pillow but had second thoughts. The reviews mentioned it was noisy. I want to address a few issues I saw in some of the reviews. First, it arrived as flat as a pancake. Trust me when I say, all you need to do it grab an end and shake it. It fluffs right up. Or, you can put it in the dryer if you'd like. Second is the odor. This pillow does have a slight odor. SLIGHT!!! I am very sensitive to scents. I do not wear strong perfume or lotions. I do like scent, but only if it is natural smelling and light. The odor is only noticeable when you first lie down on it. After that, not so much. I would happily recommend this pillow to anyone suffering from neck pain. The seller stands behind this product 100% and it comes with a 90 day sleep trial. If you do not like it, send it back and they will fix it, exchange it or refund you. How could you ask for anything more? I personally would not be without it now. I plan to add updates to this review after I've had it longer. I really appreciated the reviewers who took the time to do this as it helped with the decision process.

Cannot and will not sleep without it
This pillow is ergonomic magic. Been using the standard Snuggle-Pedic pillow for years. Tried the Coop- but it didn't offer the firm mold-ability and neck support that makes this pillow so great. I have recommended this pillow to family, friends, and patients. Personally, this pillow has greatly improved my spinal positioning and sleep quality while decreasing neck pain and migraine triggers. For those who prefer a lighter pillow with less neck support and more "squish", the Coop may be a better fit. For everyone else (especially us side sleepers) the Snuggle-Pedic pillow is a game-changer. (FYI: I received absolutely nothing for this revue. I just really love this pillow.)

Not right for me, but good pillow all the same.
I ended up returning my pillow, but it could certainly work for someone else. I went from using a memory foam contour pillow to this one, but I ended up with a neckache after sleeping on this pillow. It felt great before I fell asleep, but I just kept waking up with my neck hurting so I had to switch back to my old pillow. Something that I noticed, that some other reviewers mentioned, is that during the night the weight of my head would push all of the shredded foam back, so that I ended up with a wedge-shaped pillow. I still had some foam, yes, but not as much as I needed. It was simple to just flip the pillow around to redistribute the foam, but I usually don't wake up at all during the night and didn't want to wake up just to move my pillow. I wanted it to stay put the whole night through. One thing that was a big improvement over my old pillow was that when I slept on my back it didn't hurt my neck. With my contoured pillow, if I accidentally fell asleep on my back my neck would be bent at a weird angle and hurt my neck. It's just not made for that type of sleeping (usually I'm a side sleeper). This pillow didn't, because it had a lot more give than my other pillow. This pillow feels similar to down (or down alternative), in my opinion. I could move around the filling to fluff it up or compress it much like a feather pillow. For me, that wasn't the answer, but I completely see how it would be a great pillow for someone else. The construction of this pillow was very impressive. I could tell that it was a well-made pillow that would last me for quite a while, had it worked for me. I didn't have much of a chemical smell, just the average amount I would expect for a pillow that had been in a bag for a while. As soon as I put the pillowcase over it I couldn't smell anything at all. All in all, this pillow is well-made and could definitely work for someone else. While it wasn't the right fit for me, I would still suggest it to someone else to try as an alternative if they're having trouble sleeping.

Incredible pillow out of the box, didn't need to have it adjusted
I had been researching a new pillow for over a month before settling on this one. It's so hard to know whether it will be to thick or to thin and how that will influence your back and neck. With every other pillow, it was one thickness, I bought this pillow for my wife and myself specifically because you could send it back in at no additional charge and they would either add or remove memory foam to alter the thickness if needed. What did we have to lose? The other main reasons I purchased these pillows were that the were made in America and were certified free of toxic and harmful chemicals. I am extremely sensitive to smells and easily get a headache if exposed to chemical smells for to long. The pillows arrived before the expected date and, as promised, had no smell other than a mild new foam smell that wasn't at all irritating and dissipated quickly. As it turned out, neither pillow needed to be adjusted. My wife and I both sleep on our sides and back during the night. The pillow was comfortable for either position. My main reason for getting a new pillow was waking up with a very stiff neck that had to be cracked multiple times. This pillow feels as if it is cradling my head and I now wake up with no neck pain and cannot crack my neck if I wanted to. Our heads just seem to melt into the pillow. I also haven't noticed the pillow causing me to sleep hotter than normal and I sleep very hot, usually at least one blanket less than my wife. Snuggle Pedic contacted us immediately to see how the pillows were doing and if we had any questions. They were very responsive and I appreciated their customer support which is often hard to find. We liked the pillows so much we just purchased their dual layer memory foam topper. I plan to write a review on it after we have had it for a month or so. However, the first 3 nights with the pillows and the topper were some of the best nights sleep we've had since we had children 7 years ago. As for the lower ratings and some people who say that it is uncomfortable, I'm sure the pillow right out of the box is not for everyone. However, why they didn't take advantage of the free adjustment offered by Snuggle Pedic baffles me. Here you have a chance to get a pillow the exact height you need it for your best night's sleep. I encourage everyone to take advantage of this adjustable pillow.

to give it a good shot. I used this pillow exclusively for almost ...
I received this pillow on March 22nd of 2016. It is now June 11th of 2016. I'm no stranger to memory foam pillows, and when I received this one, I immediately noticed the lack of firmness. I decided, however, having spent $50 dollars on this pillow and being far too lazy to return it, to give it a good shot. I used this pillow exclusively for almost three entire months, and the only thing I can say is that I am truly worse for wear. If not for my taking sleeping pills, I don't think I would truly be able to fall asleep on this pillow. There is absolutely no support. I am a side sleeper, and it goes entirely flat when I lay my head on it, leaving me to strain my neck, shoulders, and upper back to support my own head. This has lead to knots in the aforementioned regions, and such stiffness upon waking that, for days at a time, I suffer from headaches because of all the tension. In spite of these problems, I was still too hardheaded to get rid of the pillow. It has such great reviews, I figured it's just me. Maybe I just needed time to adjust to this pillow. Wrong. In the past month I resorted to folding the pillow in half horizontally to make up for how flat it goes. It made little difference. In order to address the stiffness caused by the lack of support I have bought not one, but two handheld massagers, which have helped quite a bit. However, after three months, I firmly believe that only professional massage therapy will fully reverse the damage done by this pillow. As of today I have replaced it with a far more superior, and at the same time less expensive (by almost $20!), memory foam pillow. All in all, I can honestly say that this is the worst pillow I have ever slept on. I've slept on couch pillows better than this memory foam pillow. I wouldn't even give this to a pet. Here is $50 entirely down the drain, because I have absolutely no use for this pillow anymore.

This pillow is the real deal, most of the complaints are not valid.
I’m a big dude, side sleeper, jacked up body from hard work and play, numerous surgeries including back, pain is a constant. I’ve spent easily several thousands of dollars on fad, expensive and prescribed pillows. I’ve had mine going on two years now. This is the best pillow I have ever used, period, mike drop. I bought this one for my kid, no more complaints about pillows. I see complaints about smell, lumpy and going flat. Wash it in hot water and throw it in your dryer. EASY! Read and follow the directions. I smell nothing and it refreshes back to new easily. I wash mine in hot water and mild soap every couple of months. You can’t do that with a $400 goose down which goes to straight to hell after a year and does not support very well. I fluff mine before bed at night, I easily snuggle my head into a comfy position. If I’m sleeping hot I can flip it over and I’ve got a cool pillow, right back to sleep. If you are large, wide, sleep on your side or got a big mellon get some extra stuffing, I had to and its now the perfect pillow. This pillow has set the bar.

Not the same pillow anymore
I’ve bought a number of these over the years and absolutely swore by them as the best pillow ever… BUT, this year they decided to change the packaging and the whole pillow. It gets too hot now, doesn’t hold its shape, and isn’t even the same pillow anymore. I have to put it in the dryer every night now to keep it fluffed up. I don’t know why they’d change such an amazing pillow, but it’s absolute crap now.
