Properly spicy
My husband ordered these to jazz up Thai takeout when it arrives medium spicy. These chili flakes bring the heat, and they actually taste like Thai chilis, rather than your standard crushed red pepper flakes.

Not hot, at all
Not spicy. But I’m Thai. I really really wanted it to be spicy for a specific dish. I had to use a third of the bag for a small portion of recipe. It’s just seeds, no heat.

It's a little more spicy than "traditional" red pepper flakes
Extra hot as the description includes is not correct. There is a good flavor and a dight more heat than you get from good old crushed red pepper.Really fast shipping though!

Not very spicy, similar to crushed red peppers.
They’re as described, but if you’re looking for crushed Thai chili flakes, I’d buy whole and grind them yourself, or find another brand. These aren’t comparable in spice to any of the other brands I’ve used. They won’t go to waste, but they’re definitely missing the punch.

That the Pepper was not ground
I love this in all of my cooking. The taste is amazing and the heat is viable. I love this product
