is there anywhere i can get just the screws that hold down the fuse i may have droped one somewhere in my car HAHA

I would just look at the local hardware store (Ace, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc). It's pretty standard hardware. Take the fuse block in with you so you can get the right fit.

Im planning an install and looking for some advice on fuses. I want to run battery>4awg>fuse>splitter>2x8awg>fuses. What fuses would you use?

The size of your amp wire is determined by the power of your amplifier so anything of 350 watts should use 4 gauge but make sure you run 100 % cooper only wiring. The fuse is determined by the amplifier you’re running, if you’re running multiple amps with a distribution block I suggest which ever amp is higher you run that to your battery

only loosen the screws on the ends, install wire, and retighten. the top plastic cover clips into place and can be easily removed.
