Treadmill installation done and support was provided although I didn't added it on amazon

Best walkpad
Using for 6 months, customer support is difficult. It's jerking while walking, oiled it but still issue. Need to tighten the belt and see. I wish if customer support could help. Otherwise will give it a 5

Good For Personnel Use
The machine is apparently working fine. Small & compact. Good for home use. Reasonably priced. Wish there were dedicated speed buttons. It's bit difficult to increase/decrease the speed using the arrow keys. Hope I would get product support in case of any issue.

ممتاز لإستخدام فرد واحد
الجهاز جربته لمدة 3 أسابيع، كل شي فيه ممتاز ما عدا عند الجري تبدأ تطلع اصوات مزعجة من الخشب اسفل حزام الجري، كما ان عرض اطارات الوقوف بجانبي الجهاز صغيرة لا تكفي للوقوف بأريحية و ثبات. صوت السماعات ممتاز و يوجد فوقها حامل للأجهزة المحمولة. حساس نبض القلب غير صحيح دائما لذلك استعينوا بساعة ذكية وقت الرياضة. فريق الدعم لا يستجيب سريعاً، و لا يتحدث العربية و يستخدم مترجم لذلك لن يفهموا استفسارك و سيرسلون لك طلب لاسترجاع الجهاز مباشرة.
