I am very happy I purchased the 'deluxe' one with the window breaker and the seatbelt cutter. Hopefully I will never have to use them And the support bar really helps me get in and out of our cars. I have a Porsche 911 and an Audi TT convertible and having 4 back operations it is hard to get out of the cars.But I think the best part of the order was getting handwritten thank you note and the dollar bill (which will go to one of the charities I support). Of course I will add to it.But in this day and age the handwritten thank you note is almost non-existent.So that was a very nice personal touch.I hope you business thrives and it should with the great customer service
