Good quality
Product worked great. Scan the box for instructional video. This gives you an easy step by step and explains what every component is that comes in the box. Order some plastic tire levers also. And an added tip , use soapy water to help remove and then reinstall your tires. This is especially helpful when reseating the tire beads to the rims. Very good product.

Tubeless made easy
I bought the x-country version of this product and the install could not have been easier. I read a lot and watched a lot of youtube videos before this install as it was my first time going tubeless and a lot of resources out there talk about how messy and stressful going tubeless for the first time can be. I found with this kit the process was easy and clean. The QR code on the package points you to a simple video on how to setup you wheels with this kit. It takes you through the process step by step and make it a breeze. The kit comes with valves that have removable cores and a handy tool to remove the core as well. This makes it super clean and easy to add the sealant that fits tightly over the valve so you have no leaks or seals. For my bike I have Alex MD21 tubeless ready rims, and the tape with this kit is as wide as you would want to go. Once I had the tape installed and my tire (Maxxis Minion DHF on the front and High Roller II on the back) on the rim it was easy to inflate the tire and get it to "pop" on only using a floor pump, so I did not need to buy a specialty pump or compressor for this conversion. This worked well for me but the results might be different with other rims and tires.

Works great to seal and easy to install / top-up
Easy to use and seals every time. I'm actually using this in a road bike (oops), but it has worked better than any other sealant I've tried. Really easy to install / top up with the sachets and I ride in an area with a lot of goat heads--I find this seals quickly. When I was riding this area on tubes, I was on the side of the road changing out tubes nearly every other ride!

Getting the kit has me sold
I'm new to tubeless. I was a long time hold out. Now a long aside about what else I tried first. I decided that I was going to give it a try with my Trek bike, and figured that I'd give their TLR rim strips a shot. First off, rim strips are roughly $20. And there is nothing whatsoever on Trek's site or anywhere else that suggested that the price was for a single rim strip. So I bought it and had it shipped to my LBS and took it home. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that it was only one strip. I figured that, fine, I'll just do the front wheel, make it easy, and then order a second because these things are supposed to be so good. Well, cleaned the rim with ETOH, put in the rim strip, and cursed like a sailor finally getting my Gravelking tire on, also mangling my Pedro tire lever in the process. I've had those things for years and probably need to buy new ones now. Put in 60mL of Stan's sealant and hook up my Milwaukee m12 inflator...and nice, hear the bead seat. And all seemed good. Shake the tire around creating a new white boy dance and left it for the night. Come back after work the next day, and my tire is crying. Not blood, but something that looks like another substance that I can't mention here. Also tire is pretty much flat. I clean up that disaster, add about another 20mL of the other bottle of Stan's that was meant for the rear, do the dance of my people, and leave it. Next day, same story. I say screw it and buy this kit. Right off the bat, use it on my rear tire. I do a double layer, because I'm extra cautious now. Getting the tire on felt like a privilege in comparison. To the point that I was worried that I did something wrong. Squeezed that bag o' sealant in like a Capri Sun and commenced the jiggling. Next day...perfectly fine. Pressure was a little low, but that's supposedly normal. Topped it off. Next day...a couple PSI loss. I guess that's just the nature of tubless for some setups, but at least it holds. Next up, stripped the front tire and had a fun time cleaning that mess up. This time, I just did the recommended once over with like 6cm of overlap. Exact same outcome as the rear, except getting the tire on wasn't making me contemplate everything like before. It's only been a week, so I don't know if I'll just have to top off the 2-5PSI or so a day loss forever, but I've also not been able to ride it during this process. Hopefully, over time, sealant will work harder into the nooks and crannies. There could be better things out there, but this kit was a MASSIVE step up from the Trek/Bontrager offering (who I always settled with for being decent). Now I need to see if Trek will refund a mangled and gooey singlular rimstrip that cost me nearly the price of this entire kit when it was on a sale.

Pay attention and take your time
I used this on my tubeless kit on my 2023 Trek Domane, which is a road/gravel bike with 21mm rims. I ordered the road/gravel bike kit designed for 19mm-21mm rims which comes with 21mm rim tape and it did not work. It was leaking through some of the spokes which tells me the rim tape wasn't working properly. After a lot of research, I found that the rim tape should have been slightly wider. I ordered a 2nd kit, but this time I ordered the X-Country kit designed for 23mm-25mm rims and comes with 25mm rim tape. I installed this kit about an hour ago and so far it's MUCH better. No leaking, no hissing, no air pressure loss. Other than this, make sure your rims are nice and clean (use isopropyl alcohol) and take your time. Pull the tape nice and tight (I did two full wraps on each rim) and take the time to use a cloth and press the tape down making sure it is completely adhered to the rim. Do not over-tighten the valve stem or use tools on them when installing them. Finger tight is all you need!

Great starter kit
Worked on my Attoz 2 MTB, just a reminder to stretch and pull down hard on the tape. My son did not he taped it trying to have tape fill every curve and it ended up leaking. As long as it’s on the edges it will work great and keeps it from wrinkling which can cause it to leak. Took our bikes on a 12 mile rocky trail and felt amazing. Did not have to worry about tubes popping.

Waste of money and time
The rim tape is completely useless. In fact worse than useless because when you take it off after it refuses to hold air it leaves a terrible residue on your rim that will take hours to completely remove. Also you would think a decent sealant would be able to seal any small defects in the rim tape, but nope! It actually managed to get under the tape and compromise the adhesive, making the leak WORSE! Buying this product has convinced me that Muc Off was started by bike mechanics to frustrate diy-ers and drive more business to bike mechanics. What a mess.

User friendly but still not for first timers
Add some content to help troubleshoot air leaks esp from the valve

Kit Tubeless
