I’m in love with this product, I bought it to use in hospital after delivering my baby and it works yaay , very very good quality, very easy to use , gets hot very fast like few seconds so be careful to touch it , recharging the product took me like 4 hrs to be fully charged , i have long curly hair so i had some difficulty to use it in the beginning so what i did is I dried my hair very well and sectioned my hair into small small parts , this mini cordless flat iron not suitable for very curly , frizzy hard and black peoples hair it’s only for touch up already fine hair

Nice for travel. Doesn’t heat as hot as a plug in. That was disappointing, but it works ok.

Nice cordless straightener. Heated up fairly quickly and worked well on my long, fine, naturally wavy hair. Was happy to find that it arrived about 50% charged with a USB cord & velvet carrying case.

I ordered this mini straightener due to its size and battery capacity. I didn't see another one on the market that has 5000mAh rechargeable battery. Obviously, this also means it's just a tad heavier but nothing that has any effect on its portablity. It worked well for a while. After some time, one of the plates stopped heating up and I contacted the seller.Their customer service is what really sold me. They were super prompt in responding to my message and shipped me a new one. They also sent a pre-paid label to ship the old one back. The speed with which they responded and their professionalism has totally won my trust and support.The new one is working beautifully and I've had zero issues with it. The first one might've just been a lemon. I'm so happy with the straightener and seller that I would definitely recommend it.

I used this straightener less than 5 times, and it will no longer work. It's not charging properly when I plug it in. I can turn it on, and it blinks seeming to show it has power. I select a temperature setting, it starts warming up and less than a minute later it's back off and getting cold again. Super disappointed in this purchase as it's effectively useless now.

This travel size straightener is exactly what I was looking for! First off I got the Pink and LOVE the color!! It’s small size makes it super easy to take on the go and best part is no wires! I was hesitant at first on weather or not it would stay hot enough since it was wireless and I have to say it’s been perfect! It gets hot quickly, stays hot, doesn’t pull my hair, and has auto shut off. Remember to push the power button and temp button when you have it on your desired temp in order to lock that temp in place. Oh and it also has three memory temperature settings. So you don’t have to guess what temp is good for your hair. Super happy with this purchase!

I was drawn to this straightener because of the size of the plates, however the downsides outweigh that small feature:-Does not stay charged long-Cheap plastic feel-Not as compact as most other travel straighteners on the marketThe best use case (IMO) would be to touch up straight ends for someone who has fine hair.

This is a great little travel flat iron. I originally had purchased in Feb 2020 for my overseas trip for 4 months. I have bangs so need something small for that. I was able to charge on my laptop and battery lasted as I only used for bangs.It did unfortunately stop working in 3 months. I reached out to the company as it has a 24 month warranty. Their warranty and customer service was great and sent a replacement right away which is new and works great. Can’t wait to use again on my next trip.

Love it! Size is good for travelling but it's convenient for everyday use too. Heat up and charging is fast.

this unit is great for travel. very disappointed that it didn't heat up like a normal straightener. it does an ok job

I'm happy! Arrived and half charged so I got to use it instantly which was a plus. Takes 3-5 mins to heat up and it does a decent job! Half my head took about 10 mins though my hair was straight the day before but got wavy over night, I used the new portable flat iron and I'm surprised how well it works and it's not so mini which I like. Might not be good for thick curly hair though, I have fine curly short hair and it works great for me 😄

I could not charge it, I tried for a few days. Nice looking little product. So sad it didn't work.
