The lights are really easy to set up. The adhesive is strong and cutting through the strip was easy to do with regular scissors. I purchased the warm white and because I want it for soft, relaxation, night time lighting. It actually is that nice warm white honey sunshine type white light and happy I went with this one instead of the white light. I put mine down the side of my wardrobe and cabinet, it gives that hotel, spa feel. The best bit is having a remote control! I purchased two strips and discovered one control operated both lights simultaneously, which is just what I wanted. The battery box seems to be the receiver, so it can be partially hidden (pushed back slightly), but not fully hidden, if you want the receiver to pick up the remote signal. I definitely recommend it.

I bought these for a DIY project. When I first opened them I was impressed by the build quality and feel of the strip. They were perfect for the project if was doing and started lit for about 20 hours on constant without dimming in a new set of batteries. Don't know how long they'll last for as not tested for longer. Easy to install. Happy with value for money- they need to lay and I'm pretty happy they will..

I wanted these to pimp out my Harp so I could see the strings better in dim lit areas. Also I wanted it to look cool and unique. I think they look it to be waterproof but as this hasn't been tested for that I can't give feedback. I'm not sure if the battery pack is waterproof or not. But I wont be using them in rain or my harp will get damaged.These were easy to apply and I have applied stick on strip lights of other kinds on my wall where it meets the ceiling. It was easier than my previous experience of thinner non waterproof ones. Other reviews suggest that the batteries don't last a huge length of time. I haven't had my batteries run out and I played about with them through the functions and using the harp as a light/lamp in the corner of the room for at least an hour straight. Haven't noticed any dimming of the light strength so far. I can always update this review for a long term battery use later on.The negatives... the static function is number 8 not number one. So if you don't want to use the remote and just switch the little switch on the battery pack then you have to press it repeatedly to cycle thrpugh all the functions first. Some may not care much about that. But as I want it to light the harp strings or use my harp as a light in the room to create a warm atmosphere, I would have preferred the static function to be the first one upon switch on. That said, if you use the remote it remembers which function you had it on last time and goes with it.The only other negative is starting the sticky and keeping the sticky part on the unit to begin peeling the backing of of the double sided backing tape. But I had the same problem with the other lights I mentioned having experience of fitting before. This might just be a standard annoyance. I did succeed in peeling tge backing off and leaving the sticky in place on the lights. Once I started peeling successfully there were no further issues of that kind. Was very easy from then onward.

The media could not be loaded. I've been looking for a while for an led strip that I can use without having to plug it in, as no socket near, and I finally found this. I mean this is brilliant! I absolutely love the comfort the battery operated system offers. I've had this installed in January and didn't need to change the batteries yet. You can get rechargeable batteries if this is a better option for you. The quality of the led strip is great and it has adhesive tape on the back, so you can stick it to your surface easily as its got a good grip. It also comes with a little remote with 8 modes. I went for warm white, but I belive you can get other colours too. Would absolutely buy this again and again and again.

I lined the back of a mirror with these and I can hardly see it despite going close to the edges. Perhaps I need more. Remote doesn't work consistently to turn on and off.

Absolutely rubbish, yes its waterproof, but you can’t select a single colour it’s rainbow or nothing, and looks nothing like the advert, the brightness is just as bad, it’s dim at best, so regret ordering this item don’t waste your money!

These are lovely little lights I got them for a display cabinet and they look really nice not too bright the only thing is although appearing to be really sticky they did fall down but a spot of super glue soon solved that problem
