Great little Pakul, but not the usual heavy wool, made of nice velvet material
This is not the usual heavy wool Pakul I get from Afghanistan/Pakistan but it is extremely well made by a skilled seamstress of a very nice velveteen material with a good lining. As a result, it is less a heavy winter cap but will make an excellent year-round cap. Extremely comfortable to wear and the measurement was a very precise 61mm so it fits my big head precisely. IMHO the seller just needs to update her project description so buyers know what to expect. This is quickly becoming my go-to Pakul because it is so comfortable and looks quite good! More of a dress cap than a cap to protect from cold weather. Just update your description and you might get more sales.

Hat cane unstitched but folded
I’d have asked the seller to replace. After 2 /3 days wear experienced the border all around is unstitched and foam pieces coming out from that fold.I was not sure whether this hat comes like unstitched/ stitched for which I cannot claim for replacement but shall appreciate if the seller step forward to replace it. I was trying to see if I can contact seller rather weiring this review first but failed to found ine. If stiched the hat is a good one!

A spiffy hat
Okay, people are writing about how this hat is poor quality and a bad fit. I read that stuff and ordered one anyway (extra large) and I'm glad I did! Yes, the material is a thinner "velvet." This obviously is not a wool pakol. I have three of those already and I wanted something different. The craftsmanship seems to be on spot to me and I love the lighter feel to this hat. No itch! I forget I'm wearing it, but my admirers do not. I wear a size 7-1/4 (58 cm), which is a medium large, I guess. I just pulled the hat a bit this way and that and presto, it fit. Probably would be too small if you have a really big head. Too bad, you'll be missing out.

Great Afghan hats!
I have two boys who like to wear these hats. They are well made and of good quality.I am happy to have these hats in multiple colors as a part of my kids' collection.
