Two ways - I keep a couple of tins from previous teas - wash them in the dishwasher - and use them (e.h. a Twinings tin). OR I use a plastic container with a lid that has an airtight seal.

Depends on how string you want it. That's about how much tea leaf I use for one cup of tea.

I use a filter although I wouldn't describe the leaves as "ground down."
