It gives you the option of canceling shortly after buying or when you pull up your orders, on the right under track packages you can cancel. If you waited too long you can just return after receiving your order.

Q: Are there any men who wear this shoe and what is their opinion?

My wife wears these. She is an 8.5 in woman and 7.5.in men's. I would recommend going to a show store and having your foot measured to see what size you are. If you have a ruler you can also measure your foot and see what that translates to a woman's shoe size. Best of luck.

yes. the soles don't skid even on wet tiled floors

Q: Do you think they will clear the jail scanner? They cannot have any metal in or on them.

I really doubt that there is any metal in or on these shoes, unless you put the metal on or in same. Anyway, the shoes are so attractive if the scanners go off the jailer will look at them and smile . . . saying, "what an attractive pair of loafers, you have great taste" having forgotten the scanner went off. Trust me, you will love these loafers.
