My daughter is loving this leg stretcher. Super easy to install. She is a gymnast and she is using this to help to stretch for her routines. She approve and recommend it!

Wish it was longer for 10 foot ceilings, but made it work. Very helpful for kids in tumbling, karate, dance, ballet, swim etc.

I don't recommend this product. It's not well made and the metal clasp to make a loop falls off easy and it's very difficult to put it back on.

The media could not be loaded.  I have to admit when the daughter asked for this I thought it was a waste of money but she has been pretty much almost house bound during this pandemic and working from home for months now so I thought any kind of exercise would be a positive thing. After looking it over and trying it out I was actually kinda impressed, this will do exactly what she wanted it to do, I might get one in black but my road to the kind of stretching these ladies are doing would be long an painful I fear. It can't get any simpler, you throw the strap over the door with a big rubber ball thing on one end and a ring on the other, you close the door, thread the long strap through the ring and then step into the loops that are their for your feet (adjust for your foot before you start) and you can slowly stretch your arm/leg slowly and as much or as little as you need. Pretty much no change for injury unless you get really stupid, your body gives you pain to let you know when you are going too far so the kind of stretching this helps with takes months (year?) to achieve the kind of goal you might want so don't be in a rush. So 5 Stars for a really great idea, that is really simple and really inexpensive and can be used anywhere there is a door. You can't beat that folks . 5 Stars
