These are the best Felco pruners. Versatile, well made. They fit super well in one hand, super well with two. Easy to sharpen, easy to clean....just the best. You can't cut down everything with them, but more than enough for a pair of pruners.

These pruners are amazing quality. They are ergonomic and my hands do not hurt even after an hour of pruning. I like the weight, I like the fact that the blades can be replaced and I find that they glide so smooth even after months of using it. I do clean mine with rubbing alcohol in between uses, but the blackberries still made it stain. I will be buying more and gifting them to the gardeners in my life.

I bought these as a gift. This is the kind of gift for someone who can recognize and appreciate quality. I have the same ones and love them. These have lasted me many year- and they perfom as good as new. The construction is well made with high grade materials. If the blade wears down the hardedned steel can be sharpened or if needed, a replacement can be ordered. These tools are made to last a lifetime

Expensive, but well-made. I suspect with care these should last a long time.

As is my usual, when I discovered that I needed clippers, I checked the internet for what pro gardeners use. These shears were recommended for anyone who values the best cut over making the cheapest cut. I've used a few cheap shears before, and I am by no means a shear expert. But it definitely felt better than cutting with ordinary shears, and the replaceability of the parts should in theory keep them up and running for decades.

Bought the anvil curved blade version for clearing dead, woody stems in neglected, elderly boxwood and nandina bushes. Works great on healthy and dead rose bush stems, etc, as expected. Winner ! 🏆 Totally worth it, fits well in medium hands. Highly recommend. This pruner is in addition to our existing Felco bypass pruners. Have been using this pair of secs for 7 years now, and they are fantastic. I sharpen them a lot, but that is just through use, and I abuse them a lot by using them on branches they shouldn't be cutting. If you have a strong grip, these will cut through anything you can fit in its jaws. I don't advise that, but they will do it. Much better than paying a paltry amount for worthless secateurs, push the boat out, and these will last forever.

The Felco 2 is the absolute best. Believe me, I know. I had mine since 1996 and always use it. Suddenly I lost it last week. I decided to order a new one, and it arrived within a day. Expensive, but it is worth every cent, and when maintained well, it lasts forever. I use some very light sandpaper to clean the blades, put some oil on it in winter, and further it sharpens itself. The fact not a single part or screw changed in 29 years says enough.
