I've heard a lot of good things about NOW herbs so I thought I'd try their essential oils. This is a very high quality oil. This is definitely a brand I trust, they hold up to their great reputation. I'm getting my essential oils from NOW foods from now on. As far as the actual oil I bought the geranium for anxiety. I've read geranium is good while mid panic attack so I thought I'd try it. It's very effective mid panic attack. Chamomile, lavender etc are good to prevent, but this is great when it's at the point where those oils aren't enough. I'd describe the feeling as kind of just a more quiet mind. Not a sleepy feeling, just a feeling of being more in control of your thoughts and being able to turn them off. I use it externally. The scent is very pleasant but is kind of best used on it's own, I haven't found anything that's good mixed with it, it clashes with your typical flower scents. In general I'm extremely satisfied with this oil.

NOW foods has very nice essential oils for the prices they list. They are reasonable, lasting scents, good shelf life, an come shipped properly. I buy all my oils from them. Geranium has a very nice soft touch to it & it is one of the, "smexy", oils to use.I know because I would wear it at work an it attracted the attention of a lot of men. Men married or single love a good smelling woman. Use this with a touch of Dragons Blood & a wee bit of Vanilla an you will receive NO COMPLAINTS! Just a few dabs behind those ears, your wrists an that soft spot between your breasts & U will smell great all day long. Your bodies natural heat warms it up an keeps the fragrance going. I rub a small bit between my palms & since I have very dry thick longish hair, I rub it I my tresses. People compliment me when I am riding the bus wanting to know why my hair smells so good an what shampoo do I use.Now you know my over 50 beauty secrets so go to it modern woman no matter what your age is!!!

superrrr strong! in bottle i didn't care for scent, smelled chemically and not flowery/floral at all. Out of bottle and exposed to air, poof it turns into a super strong floral rosey scent. 2 drops into my wax warmer bol filled with 1/4cp hot water about killed us!! my hmm hubby says the smell smells like a cheap hooker lol. to me 2 drops smells like those folks you walk by in super markets smelling like they took a bath in perfume, although i like scent overall i think it will eventually bother my sinuses/head and i really don't see how this oil Geranium oil is supposably one of the handful of essential oils safe to use around cats but, supposably it is and why i actually bought it.

Geranium oil is a part of an anti-anxiety and relaxing oil blend that I make, also using lavender and honeysuckle. The combination is really effective for reducing anxious thoughts, calming the mind, and promoting rest. I use the blend as a nighttime sleep aid and to help calm me down during anxious moments. I have systemic candida which can cause random bouts of fear and anxiety, as well as a foggy head, confusion, and memory issues. Using a drop or two of this oil blend with a bit of coconut oil on my chest and meditating or resting with certain crystals (moss agate, aventurine, amethyst, quartz, black tourmaline) in a quiet, sunny place with some light music or nature sounds has been of great comfort to me. I often burn a bit of sage and lavender as well. With anxiety, you have to find what works for you and embrace it, and this has worked very well for my needs. [Note: before some of you scoff at using crystals for healing, remember there were (and still are) plenty of people who thought that healing with food or essential oils was impossible, too...and like oils and food, crystals have been used as wellness tools for thousands of years!] As for the NOW brand, I've faithfully used several NOW oils for a few years now, and I'm always happy with the quality and value. In general, I use a ton of NOW products and I've actually yet to be really dissatisfied with any one of them. I really feel like their company pays attention to the consistency of its products and the feedback from their customers. I'm sure there are brand-committed buyers who will insist that these oils don't live up to the purity or grade that oils priced seven to ten times as much do, but I have yet to see any reason to suspect these oils of being anything less than high in quality, and if you're truly dissatisfied, the company is very generous about returns and refunds.

Used to make homemade laundry detergent, and the smell was not too strong, and made my clothes smell like flowers without being overwhelming.

Fast delivery good quality

This product smells wonderful. I was worried it would be too overpowering based on other reviews, however, this is not the case for me. I use one drop in carrier oil when treating a person’s neck, in my massage therapy practice. I liked it so much, I applied it to myself (with carrier oil) and was surprised it faded on my skin and clothing a couple hours later. For me, that’s a plus. Such a beautiful scent!
