I bought this item January 6,2020. Today is March 4,2019. I never even filled it with any heavy items besides my two small containers of food. One which was a salad. I looked inside yesterday and I saw a rip in the linear. I haven’t contacted amazon or the seller because I know little will be done to get this issue resolved unless it’s on a review. So be forewarned DO NOT BUY.

I had this back pack for a week, I used it TWICE, and on the first day the zipper broke, I only had something small in it so it’s not like it was over loaded, literally the FIRST TIME I used the zipper it split! On the second day I literally had grapes, cherrys, crackers and strawberries in little sandwich bags and one of the main straps ripped completely! I had less than 5 lbs of stuff in it! I am very disappointed and actually shocked how quickly this fell apart, kinda impressive how crappy this is! Hope I can get my money back!

I am trying to find a backpack cooler that is thick and can hold about 24 cans plus a few other items. I did NOT want to buy a YETI and am trying to find an alternative that isn't quite as expensive. This is the first one I tried and from the time I got it in the package I could tell it wasn't what I expected at all. I am a positive person and don't like to say negative things, but I was very disappointed in the thickness, size and the quality of the inside lining. The lining was very loose, the inside claims it held more than it ever could and it just wasn't a good quality. The price is low and I actually didn't mind spending more, just wanted something of more quality.

I was really excited that this arrived this weekend before we were heading to the beach. I put all our stuff in it and when I went to pick it up to put on my back, I heard a rip! The stitching on the one side of the arm strap tore a little. Otherwise, the cooler was great. Held our stuff, drinks stayed cold all day at the beach and food too. Debating on sending it back to Amazon and get a replacement or would write a glowing review if the company sent me a new one and showed excellent customer service! We will see!

This cooler bag is the most amazing thing ever!! I was able to fit SO many items down inside this bag...to clarify my family and I (a family of four) were going fishing all day so I used this cooler to hold our food and snacks so our food wouldn't be in with the fish. I was able to put a family size pack of lunch meat, a gallon bag of cherries, a gallon bag of grapes, a pack of cheese a four pack of the mini bottles of wine, 6 capri sun juice boxes, a bottle of mayo and mustard, and a pack of bakery rolls for our sandwiches...all of that PLUS 2 of the freezable cooler packs to help keep everything cold. It worked perfectly! We used the outside net storage to keep our hand sanitizer and sun screen and the zipper on top to store our candy stash of sour patch kids :-). This thing has unlimited storage. Great gift for yourself or the camper/athlete/fisherman, etc. in your life!

This backpack cooler is stylish looking, and the fabric used seems very sturdy. The insulation is great and does not leak from the bottom of the pack. I've had this bag for a week and half so far and am loving it. The only thing I feel is a bit of a set back is the zipper pulls...they are cheap feeling, and one has come off after the first time I pulled it due to the space gap...however, a set of pliers will push the clasp closer so that the pull will not come off. Other than that, this is a great medium duty soft cooler that I will enjoy using for picnics and beach days.

We love the look and the sturdiness of this backpack cooler. I will say to not use ice because it will leak a little bit. It is exactly what we were looking for and just use ice packs instead!

So far do good. No leak. With ice packs and ice my drinks stay cold for over 24 hrs. In Florida. Easy to carry even when full. Plenty of pockets for phone and chargers and keys. Even has a slit on the straps to conceal ID and cc. Comes with a bottle opener too. Added bonus.
