Great multivitamins and minerals
I’m been taking this Multivitamins with mineral's for the last 3 years they make me feel great with energy no jitters ☺️ I take it every morning after my breakfast and my annuals & physical visits to my doctor said that I’m doing great specially with my labs at the same time I’m very active with walking and gym workouts I’ll continue using this vitamins and I totally recommend it! Getting to know you
I started taking this vitamin about six days ago. It is easy to use, ones a day, size is average, but most important, is gentle on my digestive system. Taste like a very natural an even organic vitamin. I will continue to take it daily, and expect to continue to like.

These vitamins do work ladies!!!
I have been taking these for a whole year and I honestly must say they definitely do work. When I decided to stop taking them I noticed I difference, I didn’t have much energy like I had before when I was taking them . I felt sluggish. I put myself back on them and I will continue to take them.

Normal is the new magic
Purely anecdotal, but I feel normal when I take this multi. I haven’t felt normal throughout peri- and post-menopause (nearly 15yrs). I’ve also struggled with chronic anxiety for decades. It can be really hard to manage during high stress situations, but I’ve observed a distinct improvement in my anxiety levels and my focus when I take the multi consistently. I take a couple other supplements so it’s possible they’re all working synergistically. But I definitely notice a difference in anxiety levels when I forget to take it but still take the other supplements.

Great quality product!
I am in my third bottle and I really like this product. It seems very good quality and makes a difference in my health. I was getting sick quite often but after starting taking this multivitamins, my health has improved. After I finish one bottle I take a break for 1 to 2 months and I start again. I will keep buying it and is s canadian company.
