I looked it up online. it said: Ingredients: Potatoes, Gluten Free Matzo Meal (Tapioca Starch, Water, Potato Starch, Eggs, Potatoes, Palm Oil, Sugar, Salt), Salt, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Onion, Soluble Pepper, Garlic, and Celery Seeds.

Does this have hidden Soy?

I don’t know about Manischewitz Gluten free matzoh but Yehuda GF matzoh does not have soy.

How to heat? I see these get soft fast when left in the soup? If made in advance how do I heat them separately to add to soup at the last minute?

I cook these in water first take them out with a slotted spoon to a bowl. I make a full soup with steamed vegies and cooked chicken with the water and add broth and whatever else you like. Once done and warmed add a couple dumplings back. I add them all together in a container for left overs and warm it all in the pot together the next day. Be careful they are fragile and you will have bits in the soup. I know it sounds like a lot but it is worth it. They are salty but good.
