Its great. And fits my s25 ultra in its case securely . Sometimes locking the holder into place is a tiny bit fiddly to do it from feel alone, but quick peek and it is easily managed. Time will tell whether those cushioned corners help reduce any internal damage to the phone, can easily spin the orientation of the phone in the holder and it holds steady. Ive got my holder mounted central on the stem , personally I think it makes my bike look much more sophisticated and hi tech

I have installed this on the front of my mountain bike. The mechanism used to screw in the mount is very high-quality and I liked that a screwdriver was not necessary. Although it has a mostly plastic chassis, it is very sturdy and holds my phone well; if I put it into a position it does not move throughout the ride (although this is to be expected, I have found it was not the case with my previous mounts). The phone-holding system works very well, and I can install my phone with only one hand. It is a much faster method than both of my previous phone mounts. The lock mechanism also works very well, however I have found it already has enough strength to hold my phone without having to enable it. Another quality Lamicall product which I would recommend.

It appears to be solidly built and gripping the phone at both ends along with the lock switch is reassuring in its ability to hold the phone in place. It's very easy installation and gives all round adjustability. I can't comment as to it's handling any vibrations during a ride as I have yet to use it on a bike ride. I also like the fact that one side of the holder gives you full access to the charging port something I will use on a long ride. If anything changes I will update this review.

I had a RamMount prior to this but it went with the sale of my bike. I was searching for a suitable alternative and almost went for the QuadLock but couldn't stomach the chunky case or the price. The Lamicall Phone Holder has a quick release style compression connection which allows you to relatively easily swap it between bikes. This proved really handy while my Tiger 800 was in for a service. Simply switched out to the loan bike and allowed me to get across London with ease (or as easy as London ever is). I was a little worried that the clasp wouldn't fit around the fairly thick handlebars on the Triumph Tiger but as you can see in the photo it works very well. The phone holder works when you push the phone into the mount in an upward direction. This mechanically opens the phone mount up. Once seated you release the upward pressure and the mount automatically grips your phone. To ensure it's secure there is a red lock switch on the back of the unit that stops the mount from opening. This is a little stiff to start with but that does give you a little more confidence in the product. So it's certainly less hassle than the mounts with the rubber clasp to hold your phone in place. It's probably a little more effort than a quad lock but not significantly and most of all you don't need a proprietory phone case. All in all, I can't fault it.

My worry when buying this was that the tri-claw system would not give enough grip on the phone and it could fly out if going over a big bump. To my surprise and delight I found it to be very strongly sprung and can shake the holder around without any worries of my phone popping out. It is decently slim and sits low on the handlebars (unlike others I’ve seen which stick out a lot). The mount is good quality, I like the fold-up lever. It comes with plenty of silicone inserts to match many diameters of handlebar. Easy to install and easy to configure/tilt. The one thing I would say isn’t the best is that the lock feature is very stiff and hard to operate but as the general grip it has on my phone is pretty excellent I haven’t found myself needing to use the lock. Very pleased!

The attachment of the phone holder to the mount is a ball and socket design which in itself seems sturdy, however the screw you use to tighten [1] this is practically rounded and so its difficult to tighten fully, and even more difficult to undo. Really awful design idea, as an moisture at all (slight sweat/ rain) and impossible to unscrew with your bare hands - though given this difficulty, it would probably be impossible to steal without setting of the immobiliser on my motorbike, but I dont like to leave things attached when parked. The bolt [2] used to tighten the bracket is bare metal as is the thread so with outdoor use it looks like it will probably rust fairly quickly. The mechanism for screwing in the affixing bolt is unique and quite easy though slightly awkward to attach to motorbike handlebars given the bar attachments already in place - imagine this may be less of an issue with a mountain bike. The phone holder size 'self adjusts', however it adjusts in length and width simultaneously (see attached video). Luckily I have a bulky case for my S9+ and some additional elastic safety bands, But when attached without the case the fit was quite poor and when mounted landscape, though it was stable length wise, there was too much sliding possible in the up/ down direction even when' locked' as at the correct length, the width is too large- I would be concerned to go over a large bump as there is just too much free-play. This bracket it possibly a better fit for other devices which have different proportions. (I.e. Not suitable for long and narrow devices)

Köpte denna för jag ville ha något som håller om telefonen och baksidan, inte bara sidorna from t.ex. X grip. Jag är tok nöjd med denna. Körde på motorväg när det var ganska mycket vind och glömde till och med slå på låset på hållaren. Den sitter jätte bra! Jag använde inte skruven för fästet utan det fick bli ett buntband för det var lite för trångt. Ska köpa en annan skruv senare för jag vill inte att den ska vara möjlig att plocka bort av "obehörig.."

L'ho preso da utilizzare sulla mia bici e lo trovo abbastanza stabile anche su strade sterrate, ma anche se la rotella che ferma sulla sfera è tutta avvitata, si sposta di qualche mm dalla posizione in cui l'avevo fermato quando percorro tanti km su strade bianche. L'aggancio da manubrio con vite a sgancio rapido, tipo quello dei cerchi delle bici, è molto comodo e permette l'installazione su vari tipi di manubri senza utilizzare nessun attrezzo. Sono fornite anche delle gomme di vario spessore da posizionare nella ganascia, di modo da adattarlo alle varie misure dei tubolari dei manubri. L'aggancio a sfera permette di far ruotare il supporto in varie angolazioni e poi serrando la ghiera posteriore si blocca nella posizione desiderata. Io ho un telefono alto circa 16 cm e ci entra perfettamente. Una volta inserito e bloccata la leva rossa, rimane saldamente al suo posto. Devo dire che già le molle che tengono il telefono sono abbastanza forti da riuscire a mantenere fermo il telefono anche se per caso ci si dimentica di bloccarlo con la levetta rossa. L'unica cosa a cui bisogna fare attenzione e di non lasciarlo montato se il mezzo rimane incustodito. É talmente facile da smontare che se qualcuno vuole prenderlo lo fa in un attimo. Io quando esco con la bici metto sempre il telefono nel supporto. In generale mi sembra solido e costruito bene, speriamo che duri nel tempo. Tolgo una stella per il fatto che si muove di qualche mm anche stringendo la ghiera molto forte, ma succede solo su strade bianche come ho detto, su strade asfaltate non mi pare di aver riscontrato il problema.
