Absorbs tons of water
I had been looking for a shammy on a pole in order to help me dry my RV which is 13.5 ft tall. I am super happy with how it dries the RV and the amount of water it absorbs and the fact that I don't have to worry about it scratching the RV. Wish I would have found this earlier to make my life easier. Highly recommend it to any boat and RV owners.

I've looked everywhere for this style mop.
This shammy mop is the type mop I used with my house cleaning business for 20 years. I'm now retired. I love my old one but it was getty pretty raggedy looking and not as thick anymore. I have looked everywhere for a replacement head like this. I couldn't find them in local stores. I was so happy I found it on Amazon. I didn't even care how much it cost. I was so looking forward to using it. However it is much longer and thicker than my old one. This made it very heavy to use on my tile floors. I have washed it every time I do a load of laundry to try to break it in. So far, 5 times. I finally just gave it a haircut. I cut the strands by 2/3 in the middle of the mop and also cut the outside strands some. It's still heavy and leave marks on the floor after it dries. But I know when it is broken in more, it will get better. All shammy products need to be used and washed a lot to break them in.

Use, pole for mop head…
This sounded wonderful, have had several chamois boat mops. The mop is HUGE, hard to fit in bucket, not able to use in “turn, squeeze” attachment in bucket…now can’t find pole to screw into mop head..usual paint pole not same as thread size! Don’t find any solution but to return!!

Makes short work of drying my RV
Well made, absorbent, and easily attaches to my extension pole. This is one of those gadgets that I am happy I purchased.

Too plush
Don't get me wrong, this mop head is very well made and absorbent. The problem with it is it is too plush and heavy when saturated with water to use in any position but on the deck! Only the sturdiest of mop handles, arms and shoulders can use this for long horizontal or overhead!

Dries to very “stiff”
For a chomais style, it dries very hard, difficult to mop the due off the boat in the morning
