The hbp bought nov 2020 mixer grinder is not working the base motor unit is not fixing jars production issue where to get it replaced ? warranty 5 y ?

Please contact customer service and they can help you.. Good luck if they replace your immediately. in my case they said since the product is under waranty they will replace the unit but since the product is out of stock on thier website i will need to wait. ( as per them it won't be more then 4 weeks ) but now its over 2 months and still their product is out of stock so basically i fill like cheated in the name of waranty.

is 0.5 jar strictly for dry grinding only? I tried to grind some coconut for chutney in the small jar and it splattered from around the lid!

Not really. I've made the same in the 0.5 jar. Make sure to follow the level mark inside. You'll be good.
