Review: Would have LOVED but it didn't work - It looks beautiful and looks like it would have been ideal for our bakery, but nothing would make it work. We emailed for technical support, no response. There was no other contact info than a dead email in the back of the manual. We had to return it and now have to try to find something comparable. Review: Induction Cook Top (Senken-Marseille) - Senken-Marseille cook-top seems to be well made and packaged. I purchased the product at Tuesday Morning, a lower priced retail outlet. I would have liked to know the temp range settings were in Celsius since it is sold in USA. I also have a NuWave cook top purchase from television add, both are similar in operation, but I prefer the later in US temp guide.
