Why is product not on company website? Compatible with Homeseer?

I use mine with my Homeseer hub and it works great! I have automated my RV using these and FIBARO low voltage switches. Main reason for ZEN16, is the high current capability.

Has anyone connected to universal-devices isy. i'm still running 4. x software?

I am running 5.0.16c on my isy994i with z-wave + module and it's working great. One controls my 2 garage doors, and another controls my fireplace.

Can the switch inputs act independently from the relays (i.e., can they be used as general dry inputs without affecting the outputs)?

Yes, you can disable local control and have the inputs not trigger the relays. However, any commands sent to operate the relays will override the current status of the inputs until their state changes.

Why in the heck are the relays connected? I turn on relay one and three lights up, however I tested with my DMM and it's not engaged? Lol

Connected to what? All of the contacts are independent of each other. Are you talking about the control of the relays being connected? They are controlled independently too.
