I was actually quite skeptical when my massage therapist recommended I get a massage stick since pretty much every muscle in my body is tighter than guitar strings. I got it on a Wednesday and by the weekend, I was already seeing a marked improvement in my muscles. My myofascial pain had decreased, my muscles were looser, and I felt better overall.The product itself seems to be of good quality; it's sturdy and has comfortable hand holds. The plastic rings around the middle are nice and thick, so they'll take a good bit of abuse. Really the only negative thing I can say is that my husband can't quite use it on his back beacuse it's not long enough for a "big and tall" person to use it on the upper back. Can't really find any other cons than that. Excellent massage tool.*Massage stick received free in return for an honest opinion of the product. I don't sugar-coat things. If the product sucks, I'll say so. This does not fall into the sucky category.

I tore my calf about five months ago and am still recovering. I'm sure there is some scar tissue and it gets tired and sore pretty easily. I am about 80%. The roller stick has become an everyday use kind of thing. I can change how much pressure I exert depending on the day. I'm sure it is helping with the scar tissue and it definitely helps NOT being sore the next day! I use the roller stick for anything else that's sore as well. **I was given a coupon for the roller stick, but my integrity is important to me, so this is an honest review.

Does what I need it to do and am very happy with it. After a good run, this massage stick is the first thing I grab to help my shins. When my muscles start feeling tight or sore I roll this over the areas needed and get relief shortly after. I was skeptical at first but have definitely found it to work for me.

Well made product. It is rigid, not flexible. Rollers move freely, are smooth and feel good rolling against the body. The handles are very good and have a bit of flatness on the sides of them so they are easy to brace against a countertop or something to work on my forearm for tennis elbow. I recommend this product if you are looking for a rigid massage roller.

Although I'm still figuring out how best to use it, I can already tell that it's going to be a big help keeping my legs in shape.
