I love this brand and flavor. Top quality ingredients. Mixed with frozen fruits and almond milk works wonders for me. I do two meal replacements with this and it keeps me full. 100/10

The constituents of protein (amino acids) are some of the most vital building blocks for the human body. Most people talk about getting their protein from meat, fish, etc, but the truth is that most of us do not chew well enough to really get all the nutrition out of our meals. In addition, proteins tend to be thermolabile which means they get denatured and loose some efficacy when heated. So cooking your meat as we all do (for good reasons by the way) reduces the nutrient density. In addition, solid food is energetically expensive to digest and assimilate because your body actually has to work immensely hard to turn your steak or chicken breast into liquid form so that it can be absorbed. This is why most of us get tired after a large meal. Powdered protein gives you huge chunk of all the essential amino acids that your body needs already in liquid form which your body can easily assimilate without much work. Designer whey also includes vital minerals such as zinc, magnesium, and calcium that your bones and muscles need for continued maintenance and growth. I recommend adding this product to a fruit and vegetable smoothie every morning as it gives you a much better chance of recovering faster after workouts, and the fruits and vegetables will surely boost the efficacy of your immune system. If you drink this with almond milk, it actually almost tastes like regular chocolate milk so you won't have any problem gulping it down. In summary, it is a great product for your health and vitality. Our wealth is in our health. If you are laid up sick or injured, you can't make any money and/or do what you love... those two aren't necessarily mutually exclusive. While no one can guarantee full health, it is my humble opinion that spending a little cash on something like this that is proven to have health benefits is well worth the investment. It is not for men only... it would also be a great product for our lovely women too! Amazon does a stellar job of delivery as we have all come to expect. I hope this helps anyone who is interested.

This is how I increase my protein level. Two scoops with 16 ounces of milk. I like the chocolate flavor.

Love having this as a healthy low carb meal replacement for busy mornings. The taste is great! Not like other protein powders I’ve tried. I mix mine with unsweet vanilla almond milk but it’s ok with water in a pinch. My husband likes it with 2% milk. The container lid has a spot to store the scoop on the inside so you don’t have to dig in the powder to find it. The plastic lid does not stay closed well unless you are really careful about how you close it and make sure to look after to see that it’s secure or it pops up on its own later. 5 stars for the powder... 3 stars for the plastic container it comes in. I subscribe to it each month and it’s a better value than the small cans available at our local grocery store.

Oh my gosh. We have used this protein powder for Years. Well over 100 orders. It's very consistent. Mixes quickly. Tastes good. And it works. Have dieted down, multiple times, using this as the additional protein source. Also use it everyday as the first and last meal of the day. Can't go wrong. :)

I really like this brand of protein powder due to the ingredients and the low sugar content per serving. The taste is great too! I use it after a strenuous workout (just mixed with water but unsweetened almond milks makes it taste thicker) to help alleviate muscle soreness and assist with quicker recovery, and it really does make a difference the next day. (How can you tell? Skip drinking it after a workout and describe how you feel the next day versus a day you've drank the shake.) I've also had the Designer Whey in Vanilla and enjoy the taste of that as well, and I like adding the Vanilla Designer Whey to my fruit smoothies. I've also tried Champion and though it was good tasting I found there was a 'chemically' aftertaste (same thing with Muscle Milk), and the Designer Whey doesn't have that.

I have tried 2 protein powders so far. The bodylogix and This designer whey. They both taste terrible. I could only stomach this with Peanut butter powder added to this. Anyone who says natural protein powders tastes like chocolate milk should be sued. Honestly I hate artificial things... But after tasting natural powders like these... It's just not worth it to stomach it just for the benefits. This was a good value for a 4 pound so if budgets your thing this is a decent buy. I had Clif Protein Bars... Natural and Non-GMO... They tasted phenomenal and if they weren't expensive compared to whey I would only get those. There is one last natural protein I will try and that's Orgain, If that doesn't work I'm switching to artificial sweetener protein with flavors like Cookies and cream, red velvet, etc. The good thing about this protein is that it's natural and contains vitamins. Also sweetened with stevia. UPDATE: I'm forced to throw this out. It's literally worse than peptobismol. It's harder to drink than apple cider vinegar. This has taught me an important lesson, buy higher priced quality products. This product was $28 when I bought it. How anyone can stomach this is beyond me, maybe my tongue just despises stevia? Get yourself some great Optimum nutrition instead.
