I was hoping based on the reviews that this would help me while mowing the lawn. Unfortunately I found the mask very hot and it almost immediately fogged up my glasses. I also had difficulty keeping it on my face and the velcro kept coming undone. This may work for others but for me it just falls short of my expectations. Update: although it is still too hot I was able to adjust the strap and keep it from coming off my face. It did filter out the pollen and I did not have allergic reaction to the pollen.

I hate respirators and dust masks. Mostly because I can't breathe through them and they're ridiculously uncomfortable.So I bought this hoping it would at least somewhat eliminate these two issues...which it does, the mask fits well on my head, the velcro strap leaves some room for adjustment. The ear loops are comfortable, lightweight material and come with nice resealable packaging.

I suppose the best thing that could be said about this is that it probably filters out what it says it filters out. That's the only good thing I can say about it. I bought this to filter out harsh cleaning products while I scrub the bathrooms (the enclosed space makes breathing rough if you don't have a mask).First of all (and the worst problem, which renders the filter irrelevant) is that it absolutely would not stay on my face. I looped the ear loops around my ears (but were VERY tight and uncomfortable, pulling my ears forward). Then I fixed the velcro straps in place around my neck (too short to attach anywhere higher). I had to pull the velcro incredibly tight to maximize the time the mask would stay in place while I moved around cleaning (about 5 minutes). The mask just really wants to get pulled down off your face while you move. It slipped off so much, I had to leave the bathrooms multiple times to get fresh air.Also, if you have glasses, forget about wearing them with this mask. Mine fell off every time I looked down, as the the ear loops block glasses arms, and the nose-piece blocks the nose-rest on your glasses. I had to remove my glasses and do my cleaning half-blind.Finally, when it does stay on, it's brutally hot. Doing any physical activity at all (I could even see this happen while walking outside) will cause you to sweat inside the mask. This makes the air you breathe start to feel hot, humid and muggy. If you do anything physical while wearing this (like scrub a kitchen), you will be gasping for breath and feel like your suffocating.I tried to use this mask for about 30 minutes before I tossed it in the trash. I cannot believe I spent 25 bucks on this. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I work out in my basement with ceiling insulation exposed. Because of the dust and possible fiberglass dust floating around, I sneezed a lot and developed nasal drip every time I worked out which eventually developed into a sinus condition and made me quit working out.I tried this dust masks and they work and I can breath. Dust? What dust... not with this mask! It fits well and is adjustable
