Smells lovely does seem to relax
This actually does seem to work, or the act of having a foot massage is relaxing and helps the recipient go to sleep. Bought this one to replace a much loved one that came in a cancer patients gift box, would have given five starts but this one is thinner and more of a lotion. I think the body buttery one feels nicer to apply

Fantastic product bit on the pricey side but you drift off to sleep and your skin benefits from a good moisturiser

Superb product
This really DOES work! It's really lovely cream, absorbs well and is super calming for bedtime. Absolutely gorgeous scent...... Really recommend it for anxious sleepers.

This will be my third tube of this lotion that Iโve ordered for myself, though I have also gifted it to others. I love the smell of it - it reminds me of a spa. Itโs become part of my bedtime routine - I put it on my hands, wrists, and chest as I wind down for sleep. While itโs not the only thing I use to support sound sleep, it was the addition to my routine that finally had me switching from waking 2-4 times per night to sleeping all the way through the night without waking.
