Went to a party and had these noodles, and was inspired to buy some and try my hand at using them in a stir fry. My husband and I both loved their taste and texture.

You can cook these al dente. Use lots of water and when you're done cooking them either rinse them with hot or cold water they really must be rinsed. They put out a lot of starch un like most pasta that expands these will actually reduce, you will need to start with more. This brand is quite expensive compared to other brands but since I can't find any other brands that will cook up nicely I buy it anyway because pasta itself is a very inexpensive meal.

They make the best buckwheat pastas.

I would give 5 stars but the cost is outrageous. I need to cut carbs and this does it.

These noodles are the perfect thickness. I use them for different dishes all around the world. From healthy homemade ramen bowls, and lo mein noodles, spaghetti and meatballs, bolognese, to pasta salad, etc. Even African dishes.*They are the most delicious noodles.* Comment if you think you’ve found a more delicious & healthy noodle than this one?

I love soba noodles and I was in search of noodles that are single ingredient. I found this brand and ordered a box. I found that company was located in California. My mistake! I should have located the company website because ALL of their pasta is produced in CHINA! The most healthy and safest place for this is in the trash!The ingredients are absolutely questionable. As a person who tests their sugar multiple times a day, I am very familiar with complex carbohydrates. Buckwheat is a complex carb that WILL NOT cause sugar spikes. However, this product DOES, which means there’s no way this is pure buckwheat. The numbers don’t lie! But apparently this company does!

I recently tried these noodles and find them to have better chew and hold up well in sauces. I am switching!
