Working my triceps is one of my favorite things to do and this makes it easy. I love the color of the rope and the quality of it. I use it for other exercises as well, it was worth the money.

I've had to purchase a few of these over the years because the lengths were never the same (face pulls work better with a set), and these are the first ones that were exactly the same length on the first purchase. The color options are nice to boot, and they hold up as well as others I've used. Great purchase at a great price.

Works great for triceps push downs and biceps curls. I primarily use this in conjunction with a resistance band system and I love it. The plastic ends are pretty flat instead of rounded so if you’re using heavy weight it can be a little uncomfortable, but for light to medium weight it feels fine. If I ever wear these out (or lose them) I’d buy again.

I like the material that says made out of it feels smooth and durable It's also easy to grip It's really easy and feel strong enough to use The size of the balls on the ends are perfect for me I like that it comes colored so that it does look different then the ones in the gym It's honestly a game changer to have my own because the ones at the gym can be really frayed and damaged or just all taken up so I never have to worry

Got tired of waiting for ropes during my gym session at my local gym so I decided to bring my own. These are very high quality and even better than the nasty sweat filled ones at the gym. I like the color because it’s not the normal black, so I don’t get mistaken for trying to steal old worn ropes from my gym. This is a great value if you don’t like waiting for ropes to free up.

Really nice, compact and easy to understand (with the right machinery’s ofc), but the lack of carabiner could be improved. Other than that, quality is nearly perfect so nothing to complain about.
