For the past 2 years I've been on a journey of natural homeopathic healing. I suffer from many health issues, and because I do not have health insurance, this has truly been my only option. And in general, I do not want to be on pharmaceuticals or unnatural treatments. I already oil pull twice a day with pure coconut oil. I use my magnesium oil, apple cider vinegar, dead sea salt, baking soda and honey, as a part of my everyday routines. All that said, while there has been a difference in my health ... definitely, enough to keep going with it ... I have had days of total fatigue and weakness, to where it was a struggle to lift my arms over my head, and my legs felt like melted butter when I'd walk. I am also going through the change of life, which has compounded the situation. Frustrated, but still hopeful, I went back to my research, to see if there was anything else I could try. I had known about Black Seed Oil, and that whole "it cures everything but death itself", for at least a year ... but honestly it sounded so hyped, that it put me off. However, it kept coming up in my research, so I decided to give a small bottle a try. I started out with a simple teaspoon. After dealing with the horrific tasting likes of apple cider vinegar, (which I can take a teaspoon straight if I have to), I found the black seed oil to be a BREEZE to taste and swallow. Both my daughters did not have any problem taking a spoonful of it (and believe me, they are WIMPS with that stuff). I did have my sister say it tasted like turpentine, but considering I almost poisoned myself as a kid when I drank from a bottle of turpentine, I think that is a gross exaggeration. Black seed oil is mostly bland, with a hint of spice in your throat, that goes away within seconds. Now that I've been taking it a few weeks, I actually look forward to the taste. Results: After the first spoonful, literally maybe 5 minutes later, I felt ... *something*. I can't even put into words, the effect, but it was pleasant. The closest that describes it is, a "sense of well being" ... a feeling of health. I honestly thought it was just in my head, I mean what could work that quickly, right? I have been taking it now for a few weeks and it is the most AMAZING remedy I have ever tried. *** I have much more energy, and yet my body is calm ... *** I can focus better and don't have that feeling of cobwebs in my head. *** My legs and arms are not so weak. *** It has MOST definitely positively affected my menopausal symptoms. My girls say I am easier to be around. I'm a pleasant person normally, but when one does not feel well, we get pretty grumpy. Black seed oil has at least partially given me back my old life and my old me. Everyday I take it, I feel better and better. WEIGHT LOSS: My 15 year old daughter is now also taking it for the past week. She reports that she too feels positive effects and it makes her want to be more active. She's taking it to lose about 15 lbs. There is a recipe for weight loss that includes 1 teaspoon Black Seed Oil, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of organic (ceylon) cinnamon in a 6 oz cup of hot water (like a tea). She only started the recipe a week ago and her jeans are already a little loose. It's tough to get a teenager to focus on their health, they are so involved in other things, but my daughter LOVES this oil so much, she never fails to take it everyday. I don't normally ever leave reviews this long, but I just can't say enough about it. Bottom line, this one is really not just hype. It WORKS, and for SO many things. The oil has 100 healing components which work together in a synergetic effect. If you are on the fence, I HIGHLY recommend trying it. While I cannot claim it works for everyone, I can absolutely say this is my TOP natural remedy and will forever be in use in our home. I came to Amazon to buy the largest size they had, the 32 ounce. While it's not the cheapest oil to purchase, it's SO worth it.

Great product. I had stopped ordering because my previous orders came opened. With this COVID-19, I was unable to purchase where I usually buy from' so came back to Amazon. I seen this big bottle for a great price and and figured I'd take aother chance. Glad I did. Bottled and sealed properly and color and taste the same as when I buy from my usual Health Food store. Now about product itself... this oil is amazing. I have Thyroid issues, that this oil seems to keep under control. Without it all hell breaks loose! I also have a severe case of osteoarthritis and this seriously helps a great deal as far as keeping inflammation down, therefor decreasing the pain. I also use in my hair and skin oil. (I seriously have the softest skin... people actually tell me this.) Could be genetic, or it could be BSO. I am of a size where people assume I have hypertension, diabetes or high cholesterol. Even my last physical follow up, my Doctor took a look at my results and seemed shocked. She commented on how my results were better than a lot of people who are in the gym on a regular. She could have been exaggerating, but the look on her face made me think otherwise. I've never been the 1 to get sick with the flu or colds, much at all but I am getting up there in age. I have no gray hair. Hair and nails grow so fast. But main purpose for use would be for the pain and all this darn sweating. FYI: I take 2tsp daily. I may miss a dose a few times a week, but I still be good. With that said... give this a chance to work. I would say about 5-7 days for pain. Hope this review helps you. It is an amazing product!

I'm really impressed by this oil. I've been using muscle testing to figure out what the right dosage for my body. I'm taking 2 teaspoons morning, afternoon, and evening. Hormonal birth control was causing my high blood sugar but the doctors won't listen to me and they continue to diagnose me as diabetic. They say I'm in denial when I refuse to take their synthetic medications. I know my own body and I don't react well to any sort of medications. I listened to my own intuition and took myself off the pill. Synchronistically I was guided to look up black seed cumin oil and felt a strong need to purchase it. It was interesting my A1C spiked up so high while on birth control. When I was pregnant I was not diabetic. My blood sugar was high before I was pregnant but I was on birth control. I didn't make the correlation until I saw my blood sugar during pregnancy and then after pregnancy and on birth control. After pregnancy, I went on the pill and waited about two months before I went to get a physical and checked my A1C. It was 6.5. A little elevated. Three months later it spiked to a 10! They said my kidneys were failing also. My husband was not too keen on me taking the pill due to side effects. Interestingly enough I read the insert and it said it can cause high blood sugar liver and kidney failure. Yowza! Anyhow the medical personnel were insistent I take their medication but I had refused. Instead I went off the birth control. I went to my acupuncturist for a treatment but she live out of town to get regular treatments. She recommended that I needed to watch what I eat. Which I did but my blood sugar from certain things I eat. I want to be able to eat whatever I want and not worry about my sugar spiking. I already eat healthy for the most part but I had to eat extra healthy. It made no sense why my blood sugar spiked up so high like that. While on the pill I was constantly hungry and was eating everything in sight. It was not normal. My weight was elevating higher than when I was pregnant. I only gained about 19 to 20 lbs. I was losing weight until I got on birth control and it jumped up to 30 lbs higher! I started taking black seed oil for about three weeks. I went to get my lipid panel a month later it was almost normalize. I went for my three months A1C again and it dropped to 7.3. They were amazed and asked what I was doing. I've tried to tell them but they wouldn't listen to me. The oil is amazing. I have more energy to do activities and work out. My strength came back also. Doctors and nurses are supposed to work with you but they only know their allopathic way. I go to them so I can gauge my base line with the tests. Take control of your own health.

I just received this in the mail, so I cannot comment on the actual effectiveness of the product. I compared this product to Black Seed Oil that we came back with from Yemen and they are slightly different. Amazing Herbs is on the left. As you can see, it is lighter in color than the one from Yemen. When I was blindfolded to smell both oils, the scent for this wasn't AS strong as the one from Yemen. And the taste of the Yemenese Black Seed Oil was extremely...like agonizingly pungent as opposed to the Amazing Herbs one, which, was much more moderate and tolerable (still very pungent though). Needless to say, the Amazing Herbs Black Seed oil seems great and is able to do a phenomenal job as it is, judging by these reviews. Black Seed Oil is known to come in varying strengths, depending on its native origin/where its grown so this review is NOT meant as a reflection on the company's ethical conduct. It is important to pay attention to the strength of the Thymoquinone content; the active ingredient in Black Seed Oil and one of the main reasons for Black seed oil's miraculous effectiveness. So the greater the Thymoquinone content, the more powerful the oil. This oil has 1.1% thymoquinone amount. The strongest Black Seed oils in the world have as much as 4.6% volatile oil and 2% thymoquinone content. I am suspecting the one we have from Yemen simply has higher Thymoquinone content than the Amazing Herbs brand. The great thing about Amazing Herbs, is the price relative to the amount. 16oz for 25 dollars is a relatively good deal *especially* with such qualitative certifications. As far as googling goes, The Blessed Seed brand seems like the only company offering stronger Black Seed Oils (~2% Thymoquinone amount). Though 18 dollars at 3.4 oz is definitely a pretty penny. I will be ordering from them soon too and will edit this comment to compare all three. My plan is to use the Amazing Herbs brand as just a general health maintenance supplement, and on those days I have more bothersome or immediate health issues, consuming the stronger one (which I'm anticipating to be The Blessed Seed brand). Though the Amazing Herbs brand could probably work just fine for whatever health/medical intentions you have, as most of the reviewers here are implying. Hope this review helps. Edit November 2 2016: Blessed Seed brand was about the same in potency. I'm still on the search for more potent brands. But this shall get the job done in the mean time.

I've only been taking BLACK SEED OIL for about 4-5 weeks, but am very optimistic from all the YouTube reviews and I have told Everybody! ... (1) ENERGY! - Definitely feel I have more Energy and greater Wellbeing, (2) I am using it all over my body like a lotion, including my hair, because when I started doing this, I could actually taste it inside my body seeping into skin, which made me realize wow, lotion does penetrate which has all kinds of ingredients we cannot pronounce - I learned that most of the chemicals in our bodies/organs comes from the products we use, so going natural is the goal. (3) By using directly on my skin, It appears FAT is melting from those areas, stomach, butt and thighs, and I'm not working out as often as I should right now - suppose when I do results will be dramatic from what I'm hearing ... starting today tho! LOL. My face definitely looks younger - pores are smaller/even tone, and fine lines diminishing ... I have been receiving compliments ... my son says my skin is looking like a baby's behind! LOL! Use it on your face! .. and my neighbor is liking her face as well (we are in our 50's)... (3) It keeps me regular - slides right out. I just feel better and know in my Heart I am doing the right thing. It's in the Bible for Heaven's sake! But further I must tell you, I've been drinking Lemon/Cinnamon,Cayenne and Garlic Powders/Honey water almost daily for almost a year now and my skin is soft, clear, no inflammation in my joints, I feel so limber, breathing better, ... you just gotta do it. So I take One Teaspoon Black Seed Oil morning and night on empty stomach and I back it with my Lemon Drink! (oh! (4) it will help you sleep!!!) .. and my 10yr. old grandbaby loves it, says it helps her fall asleep, and my neighbor and I say the same! Get some!!

Been buying this product for a few years. I use it in my food, hair, skin. I know I'm only one of few that actually likes the taste of it. I will continue to buy for my overall health and well being.

If you don't know the benefits (and let me tell you, they are MANY) for this wonderful seed/oil, please look it up! A couple of months ago I was looking up "black currant oil", and in my search I came across black seed. After reading the info on several informative websites, I found that it does many things that oregano oil does (fights virus, bacteria, etc.). **See edit below.** It's also a wonderful EFA, so if you've been looking for a good source that doesn't involve fish, look no further. Truth be told, I first purchased the one from North American Herb & Spice Co. The one thing I didn't care for is it has added things like oregano, garlic oil, etc. AND their product is more expensive for less oil! While the added ingredients may be good things in themselves, and are added for their preserving factors; I decided I wanted to try it on my skin as moisturizer, so I searched for a 100% pure brand-- this being my choice. I've been using it externally, specifically on my face for a couple of weeks now. Mine tends to be oily/combination, with breakouts. I'm extremely pleased with the results so far. Not only does it soak in right away, but it also doesn't leave a greasy filmy residue. It doesn't seem to be making more breakouts, and it helps the skin to heal. If you're like me, and are looking for a more natural approach to skin care-- you should really give this a try!! **Also, if you find you're having a hard time digesting your oil (later burping it up may be an indication), I recommend looking into a Lipase enzyme for this!** In conclusion, my family and I are pleased with this company's product, and will continue to buy this product in future! P.S. For internal use, I've been using this oil in conjunction with Oil of Oregano, Super Strenght 83-85% Carvacol, Pharmaceutical Grade. Wild Oregano From Greek Mountains to keep me and my family from getting sick. I earlier mentioned that my go to oil was the "Oreganol P-73" from NAH&S Co., but the expense was too much ($40+ for 1 oz. of oregano mixed with olive oil base). The product/company link above is based in Greece, and they offer 100% PURE oregano oil! Making a 2 full ounce bottle for around $30 and some change (international shipping included)-- what a bargain!!! I just add about 3 or 4 drops of "Teliaoil's" oregano to an empty capsule, and fill the rest of the capsule up with "Amazing Herbs Black Seed Oil" (follow with a meal, or a large glass of water/liquid). A must have for the cold & flu season!!

Have been using Amazing herbs Black seed oil for the last 2 years and quite happy with it. Oil was packaged well but the bottle is made with plastic unlike the smaller bottles from Amazing Herbs. Oil has authentic and natural flavour.

Amazing product! The inflammation in my foot went away in 1 week. The oil arrived on time and we'll packed, no leaks or spills. Will definitely be reordering.
